Sahalie has some nice styles but their sale products are closer to the prices they should have been asking in the first place. I have purchased a few items and every thing has run waaaay toooo small, but there was never any mention of that in any reviews, which I thought was odd... until I decided to write a few reviews to warn others. But guess what? They never posted any of my reviews! They do NOT want the consumer to know their clothing is NOT TRUE TO SIZE! Can you imagine a clothing company that is tricking buyers? Well, that is Sahalie in a nutshell. Be smart and spend your money elsewhere. This business should go under.

This is a good company gone HORRIBLY wrong!! I've ordered from Sahalie occasionally for years (and before as Early Winters) and found them to be a good company to deal with. I recently opted into what I thought was a free email offer for their Sahalie Rewards program that I received shortly after ordered a pair of sandals of sandals from them.
One month later I found a $14.95 charge on my credit card that I'd used to by the sandals with, for the Sahalie Rewards program! Needless to say I was livid!! Nowhere in their emailed offer was there any mention of this charge, as I would have never signed up for this program for such a monthly fee, especially since I don't buy from them often enough to pay for any kind of program of this nature. I'm so mad about this that I'm filing BBB, FTC and my state's AG reports for this scam. After this experience I will NEVER, EVER order again from Sahalie or any parent company affiliate. |

Sahalie 's Bogus Email Specials

Sahalie sends out bogus email specials. I tried to take advantage of an email special promising $10 off an item plus $1 shipping. The coupon code from the emails was only was good for the shipping discount. When I phoned customer service, they had no knowledge of the $10 off special. They suggested I go through with the purchase and get the discount refunded! I also tried to deal with it on their customer comments page, but it is not functional. I also tried responding to their "sale" email, but no response. After reading the other reviews I'm glad I didn't buy!

Fraudulent company. I inadvertently got signed up for some so-called reward program that has been taking 14.95/monthly out of my credit card without my knowledge, and Sahalie takes no responsibility,and the Sahalie Rewards program customer service basically gives you a big run around, and wouldn't it......I would NEVER deal with Sahalie again!!!!!!!

I also will not ever shop at Sahalie again. Nice catalog and nice products. BUT, it took me more than a month from when my order was placed to receive it. AND I was also a victim of the Rewards scam! Bad policy. I have it in dispute with my credit company and I called the rewards from Sahalie. I cancelled a month ago and haven't seen a credit from them!

Sahalie has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The shipping information and item availability information are very incorrect (I would almost say a lie) if you pay for the 3-day "rush" shipping. From the site, "Need your package sooner?

Sahalie used to be good, but no more! I returned an item for exchange right after Christmas. January 11 I got an email that said my new items are in stock and my order will ship shortly. Its been 11 days now and still it hasn't shipped. First they called me to tell me I owed them money. I don't - they screwed up their accounting. And today I called customer service for the fifth time and tried to find out why my order still hasn't shipped, but the only answer I got was that they were having trouble in their shipping department, or that my item might now be out of stock. Well, if they had shipped it when they said they were going to, it might not have been.
I think these guys are going belly up and haven't announced it yet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, you will never see your items. Also, beware of their sizing. Their women's sizes are about 2 - 3 sizes too small by normal standards. The sizes are ok if you want to look like you are wearing a leotard. |

We are another victim of Sahalie Rewards scam. The company should be boycotted by everyone until they (1) stop the scam, and (2) see to it that victims are refunded the money they inadvertently, and deceptively, were conned into being billed.

I ordered from Sahalie on Nov 23 and did not receive my order until Dec 13. My requests for information were met with replies of "we apologize for the inconvenience". I liked the merchandise but won't order from them again.

Dealing with this company has been the absolute most frustrating experience I have ever had on the internet. They are happy to take your order, but when it doesn't arrive, customer service is literally impossible to get a hold of. They are out of stock or offer bait and switch items, WARNING, STAY AWAY! You will get a cute e-mail telling you to 'go find your Sahalie'. If I could ever find the Sahalie I tried to order, I would stick up a Sahalie corporate officer's body part where the sun would never shine on it! Worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

If your looking for a good, reliable, trustworthy business, DON"T shop at Sahalie. I placed an order at the beginning of December, and have yet to receive it on December 22nd. After calling customer service four times now, I have yet to see my merchandise after being told it is being shipped ASAP. They so called have a "Rock Bottom" guarantee, but it's their service and business practices that have hit ROCK BOTTOM!!! I will NEVER shop at Sahalie again.

You'll incur a $14.95 monthy recurring billing charge on whatever card you used to order. This is deceptive, dishonest, and borders on out and out stealing from their customers. Plus, even though my entire order was listed as in stock, it has been a week, and they are still "processing" it - nothing has shipped yet. |

I have placed three orders through Sahalie and have been pleased with most of the merchandise. However, about a twenty days after the last order I had $14.95 billed to my account. I called to find out the reason for this billing. I was informed that at the bottom of the order page when you accept (place)the order there is something about a reward program. I clicked enroll me without reading the fine print.
Beware: This is not a REWARD program there are dues to be paid for the program. So, where is the discount, if I am paying for it? There is a 30 day cancelation time period so beware of your charge card when ordering at this website. Plus, they do not credit shipping charges for ordering error (thiers) nor defective or inferior merchandise. |

I have loved sahalie for years since it was Early Winters. Great active cloths. My recent order contained the new sport skort with pattern which is great for biking. I ordered on-line and the service was good. I hope they do more colors next year... a bit limited color selection on some of the items.
