Sahalie has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The shipping information and item availability information are very incorrect (I would almost say a lie) if you pay for the 3-day "rush" shipping. From the site, "Need your package sooner? For guaranteed faster delivery, we'll ship your order "VIP" for an additional $8.99. Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET for in-stock items will be out the door the same day and in your hands within 2-3(Monday-Friday) business days of leaving our warehouse. Backordered items will be shipped via Standard Delivery.-$16.98" I placed the order before noon EST and it didn't ship until the thrid day. When I asked why it hadn't shipped I was told that when you place an order it takes 4-8 business days for your order to arrive. I had to tell them that I paid extra for the rush shipping. They did refund my $8.99 for the rush, but I didn't even get all my order. My card was charged the full amount, and the packing slip said they shipped three items. The web site has said all along the third item was in stock. My order staus on their site said the third item was "stocked" and would ship soon. When I asked about it, they said the item was out of stock woud ship soon. Why would you charge your customers for items that have yet to ship??? By the way, their standard answers to everything is "standard shipping is 4--8 days" and "we apologize for any inconvenience." My reponse the Sahalie is...I won't shop here EVER again! I suggest that no one else shops here because I keep reading really bad reviews for Sahalie online. I wish I had read them before I ever ordered!
