i had been a regular (and happy) customer of sahalie for many years, but something has gone terribly wrong with their operation.  as i write this on 12/26, i'm still waiting for the christmas presents i ordered in early december -- presents that i was assured, several times, would arrive in time.  in brief, i got an order confirmation from them but no confirmation that the items had been shipped.  i got worried.  the first time i called, i was assured they'd be going out that day.  they didn't.  and the last time i called (12/19) i was PROMISED the package would go out that day via FED EX overnight so i'd be sure to have it in time; "don't you worry", they said.  i was also told that sahalie was no longer taking orders so they could be sure to fulfill the orders they already had.  bulls***.  when i then started hounding fedex for the much-needed presents, i was told that, no, sahalie had not shipped it overnight and that the package was in ohio and may or may not get here in time for christmas.  i called sahalie again (on 12/23).  they assured me the package was going to get here on christmas eve.  well... of course, it didn't.  and when i called today to ask to speak to a customer service supervisor, i was told i couldn't.  when i asked a supervisor to call me back, i was told they wouldn't.  when i told the customer service rep that i would never buy from sahalie again unless someone spoke to me, i was told they didn't care.  really.  the rep i spoke with wasn't rude, she was just telling me the way it is.  and here's the way it is for me:  never again.  i'll NEVER buy from sahalie again: they were dishonest, indifferent, and incompetent.
