The skechers site has a tracking number which is not working, it says 4-7 business days to receive item, and I have paid for the product already yet it has now been 11 business days since it was shipped out and 3 weeks since I purchased and ordered the product. I am very displeased. Also, tried using the email method which it suggested and it just ended up telling me that I needed to call but their hours of operation only run 5 hours during the work day. I am very displeased and just want my product. Still waiting...............

I can't make a good analysis of my experience of shopping on-line with Sketchers. I still have not received my shipment yet. I'm disappointed with the lack of a timely delivery, as well as the product description information on the website, which was vague. But I will probably buy from them again, as I really like their products.

The checkout process seemed to have too many steps to it. Please look into shortening the process. There was not an adequate product description on the website compared with other websites I was shopping at, however, I took a chance based on the price.

Pricing and availability is good but shipping takes way to long on orders. My order took 2 weeks to receive which is Unacceptable.

i had to send back sandals, because i ordered size10. the box on the outside said 10, but the shoes in the inside said 9. i sent them on Monday 4/24/06. As of now I do not know if they have received them or the correct size is on the way. I also had to pay $5.85 for postage, will I get my money back?

I ordered my sneakers on the 12th of April, and it is now the 22nd and I still havent recieved them. The websites "order status" shows that my order is still being processed, and it hasn't shipped yet.

The shoes were exactly what i was looking for. I originally bought one pair and liked them so much i ordered two more pairs. The free shipping/handling & no sales tax (for NY purchases) was also an incentive to buy. The shipment was received in 7 to 8 days as expected. It would have been a nice touch to add a return information form along with the shipment(just in case it's needed).
