The only thing I am unhappy with is that I did not receive a return postage label with my purchase. I need to return the product because it does not fit and now I have to pay shipping to exchange for another size. This is not a very good business practice in my opinion.

Sketchers is a good store to shop in. They always have a good selection to choose from and not having sales tax and shipping charges they are very reasonable with the economy being what it is. The shipping is very good depending on what day of the week you order your product. It takes time to get the order together to ship in the first place. Will continue to shop there often.

My only experience thus far has been ordering a pair of boots that I have never received. After almost 2 weeks I realized that I had never received emails advising me of my order status nor had my boots been delivered. I checked my order status and the only information I could find was that my order was being processed. Two days later I received an email from Skechers.com stating that my order had been cancelled do to the item not being in stock. They did not want to put my purchase on "back order" so they cancelled it - thankfully my card had not been charged. However, they have given me a discount off my next purchase for my inconvenience - which is very much appreciated. I have placed the order again as I am comfortable with the item being on back order. I'm hoping that this time it will go more smoothly. The one thing I would like to have seen Skechers.com do differently would have been to advise me sooner of my order status. I was disappointed to see that my order had been cancelled, but can understand their position. I'm more than happy to give them another try.

Initially I was unable to place an order due to an apparent site malfunction (using Firefox browser). On emailing customer service, they advised using IE, which then worked correctly.

I love the product! The website can be a little daunting with all the choices and it took me awhile to figure out the straps over the instep to find the set of shoes I was interested in. I particularly like the brocade shoes and wish "brocade" was a selection choice, or perhaps, "women's brocade." Great product!!

I just loved the shoes! But, they were too small. I wrapped them right up, but then had to ship them to Canada! $14.00 a little steep to make a return! Post Office said 5-10 days, so no telling how long before I get them back.

THE PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT, BUT I'VE NEVER HAD TO MAKE SUCH EFFORT TRYING TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE 'OFFICE'. THAT WAS DISAPPOINTING. MY EMAIL REQUESTS WERE RESPONDED TO SUFFICIENTLY AND POLITELY AND WHEN I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET THROUGH ON THE TELEPHONE, THAT PARTICULAR OPERATOR WAS ALSO QUITE PLEASANT AND TRIED TO BE HELPFUL. I love the product but the only problem is that you do not have all sizes of the shoes including wide shoes for women. I decided to keep the shoes I purchased hoping that they would get wide with time just because I like design very much.
