Horrible experience with this company comprise of very rude employees that lie to your face.
I've placed an order online on Sept 3 for a Beltronics radar that was listed at $229.00 + $15 shipping. I understand that they were closed on the 3rd and 4th of September but I expected an email by Friday Sept 8 with a confirmation. When it didn't come I called them and I was told that it didn't ship because they are missing a digit from the credit card but I can buy the Escort radar instead!? I told them, no, I want the Beltronics. I read the credit card number again and I was told that Monday it will ship out. I've called Monday and they said that it will be out that afternoon. Tuesday, no confirmation still, so I called again and they are telling me that the card is declined! Liars! I have a credit rating of over 780 with more credit limits that I can use and I make purchases all day long with that credit card! I offered them another credit card and they said to call back tomorrow before UPS goes out!!! What is that supposed to be? I know what happened!! They ran out of the radar at that price and offered me every time I called the Escort radar! I don't need that radar! And guess what? Now their site shows the Beltronics at $269 instead of $229! So, they lied to me for more than a week, treating me like nobody and being very rude only because they didn't want to honor the initial advertised price.
