The tracking was a bit off. USPS only updates their tracking 1x/day and so I never saw that the item was even had by USPS until I received the item. This is not necessarily a negative toward Runnersgear.com and I will continue to purchase from them. The fact that I couldn't really track the delivery is frutrating, however.

Runnersgear.com offered the lowest price for the stroller, of the many sites that I checked. The stroller arrived well packaged, in good condition, and so far I love it. But in addition, Runnersgear.com was prompt in confirming the order, shipping the item and sending me tracking information. ( I ordered it on Thursday, and it arrived on Monday! How much better can it get than that with free shippping?)

Runnersgear.com has excellent prices.. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The only issue that I had was receiving a tracking number sooner. But when I emailed customer service, I received an email within hours each time.. Great customer service!

Ordering was very easy. Had to search to find the strollers offered, able to find via brand name. Not sure that someone would know that they offer strollers if they were visiting the website for the first time. Excellent pricing. Tried to get another company to price match the stroller offered by runnersgear.com, they were unable. Stated that they didn't know how they could offer a stroller at such a low price.

I love this stroller! I bought it to replace the same model we ran over last year. I purchased our first one at a store out of town. I wasn't planning any trips out of town soon, and shopping options in our small town were not plentiful so I turned to the internet. Runner's Gear had the best pricing and with free shipping and no tax to boot it was a great deal. Runner's Gear had a website that was very easy to navigate. I didn't have any experience with customer service because the item was in stock and it arrived even a day earlier than the listed delivery date. It took less than a week from the time I placed my order. I'm very happy with my Runner's Gear experience.

The only apprehension I have it going via eBay / PayPal and their inability to resolve issues related to non-receipt of product. USPS doesn't have the best tracking service, so it is not runnersgear.com who is at fault with the tracking. USPS usually runs about 2 days behind.

This was my first experience with Runnersgear.com, which was very pleasant. I ordered a jogging stroller-Safari AR 160 on Dec 9 and received it on Dec 15. They responded promptly and the delivery was fast.

I only had one problem and that was when I checked my bank account online there was a double charge to my account. I immediately called your company. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and checked to see what the problem was. She assured me that when she looked up the order that I was only charged once and that I might want to call my bank. I called my bank who explained that it was a 'blind' amount from when you verified my order, and, although it was a bit disconcerting, told me that it would 'disappear' in a day or two, that it wasn't really another charge. It did. I had ordered the item on Friday afternoon and had it sent to my office (it was a gift for my husband) and I was extremely pleased to find that it got to my desk before I did on Monday morning!
