Their selection is limited. Also, there is no shipment tracking because they send the order to Baby Jogger. Consequently, I never know when the shipment will arrive. Last time, I waited for a week, heard nothing, then called back to find out my stroller had never been ordered. This time, again, I never received any notification or UPS/FedEx tracking numbers to follow. Their customer service personnel is very friendly and helpful, though. It was nice to deal with them.

32 MINUTES AFTER ONLINE ORDER, I REALIZED I ENTERED A WRONG DIGIT IN MY NEW SHIP ADDRESS. I SENT AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE AT NUMBER ON THE SITE... ASKED FOR A RESPONSE, GOT NONE.
THE 1ST WRONG ADDRESS IS ON THE SHIP ORDER. LUCKILY THE MAILMAN RECOGNIZED MY NAME AND DELIVERED IT CORRECTLY. IF I CAN FIND THE SAME MERCHANDISE ELSEWHERE, I WILL PURCHASE IT THERE.

Very happy with my purchase, seems like a great stroller. When the product was shipped there was some minor damage to frame/paint, which either occurred during shipping or was missed in the Qualtity Control. I contacted runnersgear.com and received great customer service with very quick responses to my emails. They resolved my concerns fully and I am happy with my product.

I was expecting the merchandise on Friday or Saturday and did not arrive. I tried tracking the item using the site and number provided by the vendor but it was ineffective. My only comment is that if 3-day priority mail service is the shipping charge, then the 3-day service should be gurranteed. I believe I am now into my 5th day of waiting.

Shipping time was good. Great prices on Jogging Strollers. This was the cheapest and best deal I found for the jogging stroller I wanted. I love the fact that this merchant offers FREE shipping with no hidden fees for handling/packaging when you check out. I love the Instep Safari II jogging stroller I purchased. The price was great since I didn't want to spend too much. I needed this stroller for walks on rough terrain and country roads that causes alot of wear on a regular stroller. So far the stroller is great on the terrain and holding up good.

Once I received the wrong package I tried calling and e-mailing the company but am getting no response. I still don't know where the item I purchased is.

My order for a running stroller was never placed with Baby Jogger until I called one week later requesting an expected delivery date. Somehow, their sales rep was no longer there to place the order. I'm not sure exactly how no one knew that. Amazingly enough, even though the order was never placed, my credit card was charged. However, they did call Baby Jogger to find out if they could still place an order, which they could, and placed an order immediately. So, I did receive my stroller, albeit over a week later than originally expected.

I bought an InStep double jogging stroller. The stroller is great but what stands out about this company is their customer service!!! I had a minor issue with my order and they went above and beyond to make me happy. I researched for days to find the best price on my stroller and they were it. It is wonderful to find a company with integrity and excellent customer service. I was in the market for a jogging stroller for my 2 grandchildren. I called Mike at Runnersgear and he gave me all the information regarding different strollers available. I placed an order. After visiting with my son and daughter-in-law, I discovered that our grandson has already exceeded the max height limit for the strollers. I contacted Mike at Runnersgear immediately and he cancelled my order with no charges and no hassle!! Will definitely use Runnersgear in the future!

Shopping was great and so was the person I sent an e-mail to, as far as getting a quick response. I don't know why but the item that wasn't in stock got here first and it took the vest longer? Didn't make sense. Also any e-mail regarding item shipped showed the total invoice NOT the specific item that was being shipped at that time which made it very confusing. Also it seemed, not sure?, that both items though shipped separate had the same pkg number? I'm not sure if I just got a duplicate e-mail shipping notice or if they both do have the same tracking number.

Super service!! Always replied promptly to my e-mails, took great measures to make sure I was happy with everything - stroller, delivery, etc. Quick delivery, wonderful stroller. Their great service continued way after the stroller got to me, too (helped me find all the pieces to put it together and checked to make sure that it got to me on time and that I was satisfied). I would definitely shop here again and would recommend to anyone to do the same.

I was pleased with the sevice at Runners Gear. But was not happy with the shipping.. My Item was shipped from Champagne, IL to Earth City, MO to St Louis, MO And Back to Champagne, IL. I would have recived the Item 2 day earlier if it would have went from Champagne to Minneapolis, Mn. Long story short I had the item shipped to a different address, because I was at that address during the time it said I would receive it and it came 2 days after I left. And know I have to re ship it to get it to my address. This was not in the control of Runnersgear, it was a Fedex messup.

These people are great and here is why:
They responded my email within 1 hour.
I received the merchandise at my door in 2 days (using their free shipping offer).
The product I bought had only 1 month in the US market.
They provided me tracking information almost inmediately after shipping was done.
My only complaint is that USPS tracking service is mediocre, not as good as UPS or FEDEX, but it's not the merchant's fault.
I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
