Seems to be a good vendor. Small selection and website is just okay. Great communication after purchase. The water bottles are in good shape, but I thought I was ordering the ones with the mouthpiece. These don't have them.

Ordered an item that was not listed as discontinued, but I found out after that it was. I placed my order on 9/7 and was notified by e-mail on 9/16 that the specific item was discontinued. Once I chose a different color, the item arrived in 2 days. I would have liked to been notified earlier, but overall I am happy with the service.

They charged me for shipping it UPS but shipped it USPS instead. I am still concerned that they charged me for UPS online but saved cash and switched to USPS. Either case, the package was damaged when it arrived but the contents were safe. It also arrived earlier than expected. The price was phenomenol and easy to purchase. I will definitely shop them first again in the future.

Issue: 1)I ended up ordering two hand held bottles. I could not figure out how to delete one from the order. I decided I could live with two as I have a tendency to misplace them. 2)Ship confirmation e-mail indicated the order had shipped but it showed one item as "back ordered". I called and had excellent help from the rep that confirmed the order had indeed shipped complete and that the works "back ordered" showed in error.
