The "president" of this company is rude and unprofessional. I do a lot of shopping online because I find it easy and worry free. This was not the case with runnersgear.com. The item I ordered was not even in stock. This was not noted on the website nor did anyone from runnersgear.com call me to notify me of this. I finally called to see where my order was only to be told it wasnt even in stock. I then was told it would ship the next day, it didnt. I didnt receive a phone call but did receive an email containing a tracking number. There was no movement on the package, and thinking it might still be in the office I called to make sure this package had indeed shipped and it was not just sitting onsite with packing information attached. Shortly after that call I received a very rude email from Michael, the president of the company, stating I was sensitive and rude because I didnt trust his staff. I can not believe a business owner could be so childish and disrespectful to his customers. I told him that his email came across rude and then he attacked me. I see that good opinions about this business are noted by other customers but I have to disagree with them all. This business is a joke and the president needs training in customer service skills. If you are going to be the president of a company you need to conduct yourself like a grown person, not a child. Shop elsewhere even if it means spending a little bit more. For me price does not make up for rude behavior coming from someone who should want your business. I learned my lesson. I will never shop with Runnersgear again!
