The order came very quickly. The hooded sweatshirt had a John Deere logo, which when washed, small areas were worn off. I assume this is not normal, can happen after many washings. My son is wearing it anyway!

Rungreen has an excellent selection of John Deere accessories and clothing at good prices. I was very upset that the shirt I had ordered, and was showing in stock, was not in the shipment I received and there was no notification of any backorder. However, when I called the problem was explained to me, the shirt in the size I ordered was really not available, and my money was refunded quickly. So the problem was resolved. I will definitely shop at rungreen.com in the future.

The item I purchased was a gift and I had it sent to an address other than my own. The person that I sent it to said that the t-shirt was just thrown in the box, no protective wrapping or packing. She wondered if it was new, but after seeing the merchandise tag, knew that it was. I just feel like you could have invested a little more time in the packaging and handling that I paid for. She loved the t-shirt.

When I placed the order I paid extra for a quicker delivery and specifically indicated I needed the order by a certain date. The tracking came through with a date two days later than I specified. I emailed Rungreen and received a reply that I felt was not professional. I did receive the item on time; however, my recall of the purchase was not the product but how I was treated by customer service.
