The lamp was delivered with a cracked base. (It looked like the lamp had been rewrapped--perhaps a return.) I left a message over the weekend and was gone on business on Monday. My husband (I had purchased the lamp for his John Deere room.) took a call from Rungreen. They told him to throw away the base; they would send out a new one. By the time I returned home on Friday, he had received the base. I think it came in Wednesday or Thursday. We were very satisfied with the service and plan to make additional purchases. (After all, we are still working on his green/yellow room!)
