Placed order for a rug on 8/3/2007. My credit card was charged that same day. During the following 2 weeks I contacted customer service by phone & Email twice to track this order which originally was supposed to ship within 3 to 5 business days. On 8/16 I canceled the order after having been told twice "Your rug should ship early next week". I called Rugs.USA on 8/27 and asked about my credit of $199.00 They told me that the credit had been made when the order was canceled. I told them that no credit had been made and they said they would notify their credit dept. As of today no credit appears on my credit card account.

I ordered the rug on 7/25/07 and did not receive it until 8/10, and only then after repeated phone calls, long waits on hold, and promised phone calls not returned. I finally called a direct line to RugsUsa and got a rep who followed through for the most part. He stated that I would receive a 10% discount that has not yet been given, and that I would receive a tracking # that I never received. Their customer service is non existent. The reps I spoke with were obviously unhappy people because all they do is field complaints. I was extremely disappointed.

the rug looked like it did on-line and the price was good...however, it took two weeks to get here. i got an email confirming the purchase, but didn't get a tracking number. i called to get the tracking number and left a message and no one called back. fortunately, the rug came two days following my call.

I received the product that I ordered but in the wrong color. I called immediately and was told that my correct order would ship out that same day. That was two weeks ago and I haven't received the correct order. Furthermore I sent an email requesting the status yesterday and I have not received a response. In my opinion this is horrible.

We placed our order on June 16 it is now July 7th and it still has not shipped. Each time we call the 800 customer service number have been placed on hold for 20 to 30 minutes. We were told the last time we called it was a " made to order " product that was never stated anywhere.

One rug was on backorder, but I had to call twice to find this information out. The first call I was told they would look into it by contacting the warehouse and they would email me back with an explanation as to why I hadn't yet received the rug. When I never did get that email, I called back again and was told it was on backorder for 6-10 weeks from date of order. Not sure if/when I would have been informed had I not called them to ask about whereabouts of my order.

I am on my third try to get the correct size of my rug. I ordered at 3.6 x 5.6 rug and first received a 24 x 48 in rug. Then they sent me an 8' x 10' rug. Now I am waiting for someone to come to my home to see what is wrong. All I want is the correct size rug and for the other rugs to be removed from my home.
