The colors in the rug are darker, and the red is browner than I expected, but it still looks good in my dining room, and the customer service at Rug Studio is outstanding. This is the second rug I've bought from them and I feel that they really do want their customers to be satisfied. I am.

My first contact occured when the price adversited on the item was not the price that was charged during checkout. I was told she did not have a problem when she tried so I just needed to try again! My order remained in an "in process" state for over 48 hrs. Considering they claim you will have your item in 3 to 5 days I was concerned. They could not be bothered to contact me and let me know my requested item was discontinued in the size I ordered. Instead I had to call them. The next week I noticed the item was still listed on their website so I called to see if there were different sizes still available. I was told there were not any available. I asked why it was still on the website and was told they were working on it.

i wish they were more timely in processing the order and notifying me of the shipment. i realize the rugs were being shipped directly from the manufacturer, but i waited days b/4 they sent me an email with tracking #s. i wanted piece of mind to know they were not delayed in shipment and wanted to track it online. pissed me off to then find out, once they sent me the tracking info, that they had been shipped days ago and i got worried for no reason. frustrating.
