I had to replace my Office XP Upgrade CDs because Micro$oft wouldn't let me reinstall it on my new PC. Harrumph. I Googled it, looked at the result websites, and decided to buy from Royal Discount, even though they didn't have the lowest price for the software suite. The service was great,however, I have not been able to use the product with my existing Internet Security provided with Microsoft and Internet Explorer. The install shield recommends disabling my existing the browser firewall. I was not able to access the Internet following those instructions. I had to uninstall Trend Micro Internet Security and therefore was unable to use the software. I would like to return it for a refund. Thanks

Overall very good; easy to order, delivery arrived on time, but the Windows program I ordered required about 20 minutes of upgrading the moment I turned it on. Free updating, of course, but now I understand why it was so much less costly than the regular Windows product.

The copy of the software I received look used and order of delivery could of been quicker, plus the price was a factor in purchasing this software, but after shopping in my local area I've could of bought if for about $20.00 more which out weight the useage verse time od delivery.... Will most certainly shop localing by either the net /phone before considering buying products that are needed quicker then the suppose promise of free delivery which could increase the cost of merchandise / services etc

I ordered two different types of surge protectors. I received one defective and one good surge protector. I wrote an e-mail and explained and they immediately sent another one with a mailing label for the return of the bad one. Excellent response. When I received the replacement it was also defective. Wrote another e-mail and said maybe it best I send both back and they responded immediately agreeing, They said they will check with their supplier if their who batch was defective. They said as soon as they receive them they will credit my credit card back for the amount of the surge protector. Sent both back in the box they supplied with their supplied UPS label. Great service so far. It was not their fault that the item was defective and they responded immediately. Thanks RoyalDiscount. I will order again form them.
