The necklace clasp was too small and difficult to open. That's probably why the price was so attractive. Also, the necklace was woven and possibly had been flattened somewhat; the pendant wouldn't accommodate the necklace.

I have been a customer of Ross-Simons for years. I have always been satisfied with the quality of their products, the value received, customer service and repairs, when needed.

Shopping at Ross-Simons is excellent. However, they do almost a bait-and-switch maneuver in pricing. They continually change their "original" prices, so their claim of 20% or 25% off previous prices is untrue. Ross-Simons sets prices all the way back to the _original_ high prices, not on the _previous_ prices. Then they advertise aclaim a reduction based on the original prices. I like their stock, and the shopping is good, but I always feel like the victim of a con.

Items come professionally boxed and are lovely for presentation as gifts or for storage for your own use. I had some confusion on the size of the earrings I just purchased and have to return one set. Otherwise, all other purchases I have made have been 100% satisfactory.

They need to have more items that "pair up" together. There are so many times you may want earrings and ring to match a necklace, and sometimes they do in certain areas but not all the ones.

I always love shopping with Ross-Simons, but sometimes it's difficult to find items that I KNOW are there because I don't necessarily use the exact right keyword.

Although the jewelry was delivered within the allowable time frame, it seemed like it took forever. As little as my items were and for what I was charged shipping, seems like it could have been sent UPS ground which would have only taken 1-2 days.

The shipping method - mail innovations in partnership with UPS was rather slow. I thought the amount charged for shipping and handling was expensive, especially for such slow delivery. I guess we are really paying a lot for the fancy box, which I don't think is necessary. I like the jewelry, but I would like more description about the quality of the gemstones. Customer feedback on the items, like they have on overstock.com, would also be nice.

I like shopping with Ross-Simons, I receive my merchandise as promised, but I will not order pearl earrings in the future. The quality is usually inferior and the pearls drop out of their settings. Twice I've had to spend money to take them to a jeweler for repair.

Unfortunately, your size 5 rings run big, even w/the larger bands/shanks. You might want to consider carrying size 4s in some of your ring styles. Also,all of your bracelets start at size 7 or larger. What about size 6 3/4 or 6 1/2? There just isn't enough sizes for the smaller women. Otherwise the merchandise is top notch.

I have had good experience with Ross-Simons. This item I had to return as it was not the quality that I expected. I called and got a return number and insured the item and returned by first class mail service. I wish they would give a pre-paid envelopes for item say under $500. It would be much easier then going to the post office to insure and cheaper.

i'M SORRY BUT THE EARRINGS WERE TOO SMALL AND I HAVE TO RETURN THEM. SINCE I BOUGHT THEM ON LINE, I DO NOT HAVE AN ITEM NUMBER AND I HOPE THIS WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH GETTING A REFUND.

my only problem with ross-simmons, is you cannot tell the size of the items, i wish they would be on a person, or sit next to something where you could judge the size. even if you could go somewhere on the web to find an actual person wearing the jewelry, would really be helpful.

Although the Gold necklace was at a reasonable price the quality of the gold was less than good. The yellow gold was very dull and light colored. It actually looked more like a plated gold product rather than the 14kt they promised. Which prompts me to suggest that before buying somehting like this kind of gift on-line again I will probably opt to purhase these kinds of gifts from a local jewelry store.

The child's charm bracelet appears larger in the on-line picture, it's still very cute but showing it to scale would be helpful to a customer. The other two bracelets were shown as backordered, then I had an email indicating that Ross Simons did not know when they would be shipped, I considered cancelling the order but within a day or two I had another email saying both items were shipped and I then received the items very quickly
