the earrings were much smaller than they were when I ordered them before several years ago... but the same price. I have repeatly asked them about a larger size but they do not answer so I will be returning them. I was quite disappointed. They were almost $300.00.

necklace was rec'ed in "good" condition, was a piece of JUNK! I past the 30 day return period by a couple of days-I didn't know to count order day as day 1 od 30. ( plus shipping days) People think of date received as day 1. I know that isn't correct now. I overshot the 30 day/return limit by only a couple of days. ANYWAY, the woman approved return(store credit) but acted like it came out of her account. I was not allowed to speak to anyone else. I had another question about another order, I e-mailed them, didn't get an answer by phone/e-mail

QVC had a version of the necklace, but it looked like it was made wrong, ie the word China appeared on the front of the pendant. I found a very similar necklace on Ross-Simons' own site for about the same price and with no manufacturing error. It is a Christmas gift, my friend had said she liked what she saw on QVC.

The ordering was very easy. I was impressed that I rec'd a call to confirm the monogram information. Howver, I was irrated that it took over 2 weeks to be processed and shipped. Also, I was told that I would receive an email when the item was shipped and I did not.

I purchased a Fleur de Lei diamond Key. I was very excited to find what I had been looking for, for sometime. I later received an email saying that it was out of stock and they didn't know if an order would be refilled. It might have not been so bad if at ordering time it indicated "Out of Stock". I was very disappointed. I have not heard anymore updates on the order?

My experiences with Ross Simons have always been excellent and I have been ordering jewelry from them for 3 to 4 people at least 3 to 4 times a year since the early 90's. Any problems (and they have been very few) have always been favorably resolved.

I love to shop at Ross-Simons you can see if you check my name. Unfortunatelly I was not happy with this order since I ordered a set of 7 pearls and they all came turnish. I know I bought them on sale but still that is not right to buy something and come in bad condition. I will try again and if I'm not satify with the product I will stop shopping at Ross-Simons. I have consistently found R-S to have excellent customer service. Have shopped with them for years, both on-line and in their store in Atlanta. When something I order is back-ordered, they are very good about providing updates and expected time of delivery. When I ordered a monogramed baby cup and was dissatisfied with the way it turned out (even though, as it developed) it was my fault,they sent a new one. I couldn't ask for anything more. AND their prices are good.
