I received the necklace and was disappointed because the necklace I saw on my computer screen looked much better than the one I received. The necklace I received looked cheap and I almost felt deceived. I am returning the necklace as my wife did not like it and I did not like it. I think that what is sold should match what is advertised. Thank You, Joe Cox

If I had know the chain with this pendant was so short I would not have purchased it. (Item # JNMU 418183 180 S4) Now I must spend more money to purchase a chain that will be comfortable for an adult to wear. The pendant is beautiful but I am upset about having to spend more money just because of a child size chain.

The quality of the products I purchased did not meet my expectations. The chain of the cross necklace was tangled in a knot and one of the bracelets was broken when I received it.

I've ordered from Ross-Simons in the past and have always been satisfied with the products I have ordered. This watch came damaged and I am returning it. The only issue I had was that the customer service representative could not tell me when it would be picked up and I am uncomfortable leaving the package outside while I am at work.

Great shopping experience. Usually great quality. This time, one stone in penant was scratched. Called CS about this problem and they helped me in shipping it back to merchant. I was pleased with the service but the bracelet I purchased was too large for my daughter or even me even though I purchased size small.I am better off going to your store to purchase something.I brought the bracelet to the store on Wednesday the day after I received it and the salesman at Ross Simon was very nice and said he will give it to the jeweler to see if he is able to make it smaller,it may be ready next Wednesday.

the earrings were much smaller than they were when I ordered them before several years ago... but the same price. I have repeatly asked them about a larger size but they do not answer so I will be returning them. I was quite disappointed. They were almost $300.00.

necklace was rec'ed in "good" condition, was a piece of JUNK! I past the 30 day return period by a couple of days-I didn't know to count order day as day 1 od 30. ( plus shipping days) People think of date received as day 1. I know that isn't correct now. I overshot the 30 day/return limit by only a couple of days. ANYWAY, the woman approved return(store credit) but acted like it came out of her account. I was not allowed to speak to anyone else. I had another question about another order, I e-mailed them, didn't get an answer by phone/e-mail
