My wife is disappointed in the earrings. Several of the stones are cloudy to the point that they look like milk glass. We are probably going to send them back.

Service is fine. The only problem is that two different pairs of earrings broke the first time I wore them. I liked the design so much that I repaired one pair, but because the hinge on the second pair broke, I lost one earring. I am seriously worried about the quality of Ross-Simon jewelry. I hope this is not typical.

I have shopped at Ross-Simons many times. They offer good quality merchandise at reasonable prices. They ship quickly, and if something is out of stock they tell you and give you the option to wait or cancel. I will continue to shop with them and have referred them to my friends.

Item had to be returned -- I didn't like it. I would have preferred to get a return authorization number by email rather than phone, although the phone call worked perfectly well. Since I was returning the item solely because I didn't like it, I understand that I should pay the return postage, but if the item had been defective, I would like to know if Ross-Simons pays return postage. I have used this merchant for years and generally love their merchandise.
