Your packaging has a lot to be desired. I received an empty box that had ripped open during shipping. The goods were received serveral days later via ups recovery dept. I have other woodworking friends who have had similar problems. I think you need to review how heavy purchases are boxed and taped. Its pretty basic but its very disapointing when expensive equipment doesn't arrive intact.

Description of product is confusion in your web site. I have to read over and over just to ensure what exactly I am getting. The description or the organization of the sentences is so easy to misguide me that I would expect to receive more things than what I actually get. It happened to me twice with your company, which makes me to buy addtional items later. Maybe that is your plan. I've been burn enough with your company. I will avoid your company if I can.

The serice I received from Rockler was excellent, I ordered on line, there were no backorders, and they notified me upon shipment of order. They gave tracking numbers which I used to follow the shipment from start to finish. The only other comment I have is, I tried to find 9" PSA sanding disks but was unable to find them. If they have them I would like to know where to find them on there Web site so I can order them.

Catalog said that hardware could be used for various applications. Upon receipt, I was unable to determine how to use it. Customer support could not help and the original manufacturer technical support did not even return a phone call. Product was returned.

The shopping experience and shipping and delivery were all very good. However, the price were more expensive than other sites on the web. After I received the hinges and brass feet I purchased, I noticed the manufacturers URL on the packaging. I went to their site and the items were somewhat less expensive. I wanted to order music box movements, but found them elsewhere for approximately half Rocklers price.
