Having shopped at Rockler stores and Rockler.com before, I expected the order to arrive in a timely fashion and in good condition, and I was not disappointed. The shipping box was somewhat "beat up" by UPS in transit, but the product was not damaged.

Rockler offers a wide variety of woodworking tools. I have bought several items from them and they always have delivered the items in good shape and on time. I have never had to contact them for complaints or returns, so I cannot comment on that phase of the purchase process.

I have ordered from Rockler before and was happy, this time I received the order in 1 day except for the item on their site marked "Back Ordered" - I received that in 1 week. Both times I received exactly what I wanted. I didn't need to contact the company.

One of the drawer slides came apart after installation. A call to Rockler and they shipped another that day with no questions asked. Great customer service! I highly recommend them.

I am impressed with Rockler.com as well as the Rockler store. My closest store is about 60 miles away so I am very happy to have Rockler.com available as well.

I found it unacceptable, annoying, and insulting that no credit card orders will be taken from New Zealand. I spent some time researching this project and found the Rockler product was best suited to my needs. To find that all New Zealanders are punished because Rockler can't or won't verify credit cards here is outrageous. This is not a third world country with a history of fraud like some of the countries Rockler does ship to.

Original shipment arrived as an empty package... I called customer service, and another package was shipped immediately and without question. Nice to find this kind of customer support from a large company. Will definitely buy from them again.

The sale price of the product was excellent, but the cross boarder duty was rediculous. It was more than what I paid for the item.I am pretty sure that there would be more purchases made if the duties were lower.
