The poor response to communications with the merchant. I attempted to call the merchant before placing my order for questions about a product . The recording said merchant would respond within 4 hours. I never received the return call.

I have ordered 2 shipments of clothes and gloves from Rock Bottom and all goods arrived on time and as described. To all the people moaning about Rock Bottom, I have the following to say: Check and recheck before ordering, don't blame Rock Bottom for your mistake. Rock please do not add any more staff to your customer service as this will just push up prices. Buyers we cannot have it both ways - you pay for what you get. To the coupon buyers, you are already getting golf equipmnet at a massive discount, do you want blood from a stone, accept your order and move on. RockBottom please fortget about the coupon sites, you do not need that type of client.

I initially had some problems with sizing as the sizing guide was not available during ordering. After a few transactions, I had no problems getting clothing of the right size. Prices in RBG are simply amazing-can't find it cheaper anywhere.

I ordered golf gloves and a driver. I received the gloves and no driver. I emailed the company and got no response. Finally I emailed the company and told them that I was going to cancel my credit card charge if I did not get a response. I got a response and thay told me that the driver was shipped and received. I was home when the gloves were delivered and no driver was shipped. Even the packing slip said that the driver was N/A. Two daysDec 21st The club was delivered and it was not a driver. It was a 7 wood. I will not try to return this 7 wood because of their horrible customer service.At least I have a club. If I return it I will not have anything. I will not deal with this company anymore.And I will tell everybody about what I went through just to get the wrong club.
