First, Rock Creek's website is great. With easy navigation and intuitive layout, I thought they did a great job. Shipping was pretty fast considering it was free. Even returning one of the products was easy, although it would be good if they could pay for the return postage. Other than that, the experience was very good.

Horrible experience. Ordered two bags from there website, three days later they call me and tell me they are sold out. A week later my girlfriend orders something from them, they email her only one day later this time and tell her its sold out. One of the worst companies on the internet.

Overall, very happy with pricing, cost of shipping and product in-stock availablity. Unfortunately though only some of the necessary parts of the luggage rack were available for purchase (lost sales for this vendor but an additional headache for me to have to go through another vendor for the required missing pieces to complete the luggage rack). I'll probably look at this vendor's site again but am some what dissappointed with missing/incomplete merchandise availability to complete a purchase.

Site indicated availablity of a jacket (Marmot/mens/stellar blue/small) I wanted (plus other items). I made an order, and then received an email 1-2 days later indicating the jacket was not available due to inventory issue. I cancelled the entire order and requested a email confirmation - I received a quick reply. NOTE: still showing on the site as available! That's simply awful...unless they received a new shipment, but I doubt it.
