Scratch Rock Bottom is ROCK BOTTOM in customer service!!  I placed an order for a set of golf wedges and a couple other items.  It turns out that the wedge set was no longer available as advertised, but I had the option of getting two of the three wedges in the set or get a refund.  I selected the option of getting the two wedges and a partial refund on the third.  I did get a partial refund but the other wedges were never sent!  I inquired 5 times about this order and the only response I got was the order would be sent out (expedited shipping) and this also never happened.  Finally I got a response to my many inquires and it said the order had been shipped.  This was the partial order than included the other items but not the wedges, so I sent them back another inquiry and they said I would have an answer by the end of the day.  Here it is over a week later and they have stopped returning my emails and there is NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL (except to place an order)?!  I tried to call and speak with someone in charge or a manager and I was told no one could help me and the only answer was to keep sending emails.  This company is a JOKE and they have taken my money but not delivered on the product!  I would not recommend using this website because if you do have a problem there is no one to help you out.  I can not believe a company would just stop answering my correspondence.  If you need some golf equipment I suggest you deal with a company that has a customer service number and not deal with Scratch Rock Bottom Golf as they are ROCK BOTTOM in all aspects!!!
