If you have an account with Roamans please check your statements for late fees. I had a pymt due on 11-02-on the next statement I found this-11-02 pymt, 11-02 late fee? I then started to make one at the beginnning and the end of the month to avoid the late fee but was told when I got another that I could not pay early and got a letter explaining the same when I complained so this month I had to pay 3 times to avoid the late fee and this makes me wonder just how many times this has happened that I did not notice in the 10 years I have shopped there. I will be closing my account and shopping somewhere else which is sad because I do love the clothing.

you can't use their coupons that they send to your email or they advertise in other web sites. All of them are fake.
Also their products have bad quality.
They don't pay for the return shipping label.
Even they give your information to the third parties, so you would have alot of spam emails after you ordered something from their web site. I thing it is better to shop from store than shop from Roamans.

 I would not shop here again

I ordered a $100 e-gift card for my mother. When she placed the order, the total was $113.94. She gave a credit card number (Visa Bankcard) to cover the $13.94. However, Roaman's charged her card $113.94. She contacted them and they refused to correct the problem, saying the charge would fall off within 72 hours. I had to contact SEVEN different people to get the problem corrected. Two of them were very nasty and said they could not help me. A supervisor finally did. They did not offer any kind of compensation, which I asked for, but they did not give. This was the WORST customer service I have ever seen.

I won't even order from these people because of the customer service. I tried online ordering for two pair of capris. The price was $12.99 each and on the page the ad said "Buy 2 or more, get $2 off each."
After going to the checkout and NOT getting $2.00 off. I contacted online customer service. After 5 e-mails where they tried to get me to go ahead and order the items and they would give me a credit, I finally got an e-mail that said only certain colors would be discounted.
To me this is blatant "bait and switch" and I told them so. I am with the majority of people writing reviews here, this store definitely gets a MINUS for truth and customer service.

I shop on-line all the time at a lot of places. Roaman's has got to be the most aggravating company I've ever dealt with. Half of what I order gets cancelled because they can't supply what they sell. AND, instead of removing it from their website, they leave it on so more people order it, think they're getting it and wind up disappointed. I have complained more than once to them about their website and their customer service, but they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. This company needs a big overhaul. I'm done with them.

Been shopping at Roamans for years. Since changing their billing to Redcats, they have become impossible to deal with. I had a dispute with another of their companies THREE years ago and when I tried to order from Roamans recently, they refused to process my order and have zinged my credit card. Incredible! Bad, bad, bad customer service folks. Beware.

Their online ordering function is terrible, and their customer service is even worse than that. I ordered a bunch of clothes, express shipping. They botched the shipping logistics. They botched the processing of the credit card. And how did they try to notify me there was a problem? Post card.

Yeah, if a customer requests expediting shipping with an order, notifying them with a postcard is the way to go. Not.

Roaman's sucks, plain and simple. I order clothes on line, often, since becoming disabled. I'm tall, and have gained weight, so I've had to shift to plus-size catalogs with tall clothes. Roaman's catalog had the best selection of tall plus-sized clothing I'd ever seen.

Sadly, they also have the worst customer service I've ever seen, too. And as someone who does lots of online shopping, that's saying someone.

They have the worst customer service I have ever come across. They refuse to refund the mistake they made. I made numerous contacts to them, and kept receiving a redundant "auto-generated" answer. I called them, and was hung up on for no reason. I will NEVER EVER consider using this company again, and I would advise you to do likewise, unless you like giving your money away. If you use them, and they make a mistake, be prepared to not ever have them correct it. I have been a customer service supervisor for a fulfillment company in the past, and I have been SHOCKED at the low level of customer service Roaman's has. I finally received a manual e-mail response, but they refuse to reimburse or refund me for their error. They refuse to make their error right. I would NOT use this merchant unless you like giving your money away.
