I've been shopping at Roaman's for about a year now.
At first I was real happy with them.
But now they have messed up so bad that I don't think I'll ever shop with them again or their sister company
Lane Bryant.
The regular shipping has always taken forever. They blame that on the shipper.
Even though sometimes it can take them 4 or 5 days to even fill your order for shipping.
I've had disputes over their discount coupons over that. They have on occasion not taken the coupon off, and charged my credit card the full amount. When I call to complain, they say it's because the coupon was expired when I placed the order. For instance, I placed an order on the 16th of June. I printed out the receipt with that date.
Their date for order placed was the 18th! They did credit that back to my card, so I was happy with that. But, that's the second time in the last 6 months they've done that.
Now, the order I placed on the 16th isn't being shipped all at once. It's being shipped to me once piece at a time.
I got one package on the 27th with a duster I ordered.
It had a note on the invoice that a tank I ordered would be sent separately. Then today, the 29th, I get another package. The tank I ordered wasn't in that package.
It's still out there someplace? They don't know. They sent it USPS so they can't track it. The package I got today should have been the rest of my order. Which was a blouse, a skirt and a necklace. They canceled the skirt for some reason. But I wasn't charged, so that was ok. Except that the blouse they did send matched it. So I guess I'll wear it with something else. But the topper to all this, is that in the box the necklace was supposed to be in, was a pair of sunglasses that I never ordered. The necklace box had the right numbers for a necklace and the price of $39.99. But when I looked on their website, those glasses only cost $19.99. So I got charged $39.99 for something that I didn't order. When I called to tell them, the customer service rep told me to send back the sunglasses for a credit, then I'd have to reorder the necklace again!
Sorry for this being so long, but all this hassle to be a loyal Roaman's customer? I don't think so. The way I see it, they burned me for close to $50. And there's nothing I can do but not shop with them again and tell everybody I know about their business practices.
