From time to time I buy running gear; have for years. Accordingly, all must be well with them as a supplier as far as I'm concerned, since I'm a repeat customer.

I must say shopping at Road Runner Sports was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had shopping online. My previous order had been canceled so I was instructed to contact Road Runner Sports customer service. The customer service rep John(Ext. 678) was great and very professional. He took his time to make sure that all my questions were answered and as a bonus he was FUNNY!!! This guy should have been a stand up comedian; its good to laugh. I highly recommend Road Runner Sports and because of John I will always check with them first before shopping else where for my running gear.

It does not matter if it is a 500 us article or 1.50 us article, the shipment is the same and it is extremely expensive. I will not shop any more because you do not make any distinction on the prize, size, order, etc. it is not fair to the customer that the article is cheap and the shipment is extremely overpriced

I contacted roadrunner sports with the intention to purchase a gift card. The purpose of the call was to determine if expedited shipping would get the card to my intended recipient. I was informed it would. I then ordered the gift card expecting it to arrive on the day told. It did not arrive that day or the folling day, but the next day. I was dissapointed and cancelled my order. A few days later I ordered another gift card and put the recipients name and address on the order. Everything looked correct on my end. A few days later I tracked the order and noticed it was en route to me at my office instead of the address that had been confirmed. I called to inquire and was informed there was a computer glitch on Roadrunners Sports and was told the item can be re delivered, however it would not happen for a few days even though it should have been delivered the next day. I asked that it be delivered next day on time as it was supossed to be originally. I was told I would have to pay for overnight delivery. I was upset and finally was told it would be overnighted and Roadrunner sports would pay. I was also told I can send an electronic gift card and also the overnight delivery would take place. I tracked the alleged package and I don't believe it was sent overnight as told. I was completely dissapointed and will think twice before I purchase more from them. \11

I received the initial order with lightning speed. The shoes were too wide so I returned them. I still have not received the replacement pair. For as good as the initial order was - the replacement has been just the opposite. Since these are shoes and a correct fit may not occur on the initial order - the customer SHOULD NOT have to pay to return them. I plan on cancelling my order if I don't receive confirmation on Monday - Dec. 28th that they've shipped. I won't be using Road Runner again.

I ordered a pair of shoes and was sent an e-mail a few days later saying "Shoes are on their way!". Then a few days later got an e-mail stating that the shoes were out of stock. This fact should have been known when I ordered the product. I was led to believe I had purchased the shoes when in fact they were out. Not good customer service.

I ordered the shoes for my daughter in law and paid $20 extra for 2 day shipping. Two days later a package arrived but no shoes. I called and was told the shoes were in a separate shipment and were tracked as out for delivery. Three days later and still no shoes!! I called and they resubmitted my order and waived the $20 expedited shipping fee. My shoes finally arrived, after my daughter in law had gone home, so now I have to pay to ship them to her in Ohio.
