title description was not clear and there was a big misunderstanding when I received items. Tried to do what I thought was a simple exchange but this was not possible I think due to product inventory/stocking protocol. customer service by phone was horrible. three times it sounded as if someone had picked up but didn't answer then I was hung up on. Online chat was a quite bit more convenient. Took a while to receive proper return label. I just would have rathered things to have been able to be exchanged instead of me having to send the whole order back but b/c item was a bundle purchase this option was not available.

i think they are super!!! I ordered on Monday morning and received my product on Wednesday afternoon. 55(?) hrs later.
Also they were the least expensive before a mail in rebate.

I was pleased with the experience at RitzCamera.com. I have also made visits to the local Ritz Camera shop here and am equally satisfied with the experience I have had there. Sales persons are knowlegable and courteous.
I didn't answer #6 because I didn't have to phone or mail in a form to complete my purchase.

Customer service was very helpful. The camera which I wanted was in stock, and the list of available options was an added bonus. The only downside to the experience was in the shipping of the items ordered. I paid extra for next day shipping, but delivery took an additional day.

Shopped on-line and compared. The reason I went with Ritz was past experience and free shipping for over $100. Reviews on the products on-line were pro and con which gives you a good idea of problems you may encounter with a product. It is always better to read a negative comment and not buy something than to buy something and not be happy with it. On the camera there were several negative comments. I have had experience with the type of camera I was purchacing and felt that I would be able to use the camera without problems. I have the camera and it works well.

100% Positive. I would not hesitate to make a major purchase from RitzCamera.com again. I received excellent shipping and tracking emails, and even a backordered item was delivered within 10 days from my order placement date. Everything was brand new with full U.S. warranties, and by taking advantage of an advertised sale I saved a couple of hundred over the big online N.Y. city stores that I have dealt with before. The camera I PAID for arrived very quickly. However, when I used the fifty dollar gift certificate to purchase accessories, that's when the problems started. It's been a month I still don't have the items purchased, I keep getting emails telling me they haven't forgotten, blah, blah blah. At this point I don't believe the items will ever arrive. They did tell me that one item was backordered and would ship in 2-4 weeks, it's been five.

Excellent,all live chat /phone calls are very good and willing to help as much as possible.You guys are good.
One minor problem was the Free Printer that was to be available when you buys more than enough, the question is I have to cancell the order because "YOU CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE REBATE" because you dont have any in stock and yet it was in your add.I like the Hp printer but its back order,so I have to cancell because of rebate not guarantee.

The website stated the item usually ships within 24 hours. It took two weeks to ship. After shipping, I attempted to track the item, but website indicated the tracking was temporarily unavailable. I checked the website daily and the status never changed. It took one week from the shipping date to receive the item.

This is a scam web site. Delayed my purchase after repeated phone calls for a false issue with billing address of credit card. Last call person wanted my 800 number from my credit card. I then cancelled order. This site should be reporte to the better business bureau.

The only thing that I did not approve of is that when the packages was delivery. No one was home, so they left it on the door step. No one sign for it. We were out of town. So the package sit on the door step for two days. It could have been stolen.

I think it was great...my only concern, which I am not sure is an issue, is that I thought the printer and camera had to be on one receipt to receive the rebate. They were shipped separately and thus on different invoices. I hope its okay, because I bought the printer as a spare and am hoping for the rebate.
