I called Ristenbatt's listed contact number, got a real person immediately who answered my question in a very prompt and professional manner. It was such a pleasant experience. I was able to complete my online shopping and received the product within a few days. No delays and no tracking necessary

Product was out of stock, did arrive after some delay. If I order from them again I will order before my supply is out. Ordering from them saves me a two and a half hour round trip to San Antonio, so it's acceptable to have a little delay in shipping.
