Mr. Daton Wilks at Costumer Service was exceptionally helpful and very courteous in answering all my questions and helping me select the right product. I found shopping at Rex's Leather Collection very easy. I ordered a jacket for my husband online use the shopping cart, although there was 4 shipping methods offered I choose the free ground shipping option. After I entered my credit card and shipping information and clicked the submit button, I was taken to a confirmation page which stated I would receive the order in 5 to 7 days. My husband wanted this jacket in 5 days for sure, so I called Rex's Leather Collection free 800 number to up grade the shipping to 3 Day Air. Avery friendly customer service agent said there would be no problem to change the order to 3 day delivery, this call toke less then 2 minutes. What get service, I was delighted! Everything was delivered on time and quickly. After examining the Jacket, everything was in perfect condition and fitted exactly right. I will definitely shop here again for leather products.

I must say that my first time ordering from Rex's Leather Collection, I was a bit skeptical. Unlike my reservations at first, their delivery speed was excellent, their order accuracy was great. I was really satisfied with their service. I received an email from the time I selected my order till the time it was delivered to me. I will continue to choose this company as an option for leather products in my attempt to continue to save money while not forfeiting style or my personal taste.
