I bought replacements to complete my china set. The replacements were definitely not first-quality as it has blisters, bubbling, off-center painting, etc. If I had known that they were not the best quality I wouldn't have bought them. Their "customer service" (both by phone and email) told me there was "nothing they could do". Replacements.com only said to return the items. Well, I can't really send them back. The packaging and shipping would be very high as I live in Hawaii and I am 100% disabled. I am very disappointed with this company and will never use it again. Helen Eschenbacher Honolulu, HI

The only critique I would give is in the searching process.Finding the manufacturer,if you don't know the pattern name(china) you almost have to search every pattern to find yours. If you would put a short discription next to it (example: small floral, or; solid white; or; yellow design on white) something like that you could by-pass all that don't fit.

WOW! What else can you say about a company of this caliber? I ordered some of my wedding china through Replacements and just received it. The quality is great and the prices were very fair considering the length of time this pattern has been out of stock in the department stores. The shipping was exceptional as was the delivery time. I am extremely pleased with the service at Replacements, Ltd. Right from the customer service professionals who helped me identify my pattern and place my order to the prices, it was everything I could've hoped for. Also, I don't think I have ever ordered anything that came to me as well packaged as this order did! The gift was for my mother's birthday and the piece I ordered finished up the china collection that had been handed down by her great-grandmother! Needless to say, Mom was ecstatic! I also bought some everyday china and silverware for daily use for myself. They have hundreds of thousands of designs and I had a great time selecting the one I wanted! Also loved their website.
