Red Hat Society Store

I've always had excellent service with Red Hats and More. The only negative I have is that I was disappointed in the luggage tag since there is no room for a red-hat or address card. However, it's still excellent for identification at the baggage claim.

I ordered from a picture of sequined appliques thinking I was getting the assortment, but I only got one applique. I also ordered a t-shirt that did not arrive. The invoice said they were out of the t-shirts and that I would get a refund. The refund never showed up on my card so I had to call them about it. 3days ofter my call the returned my call and said the refund had recently been done. It finally showed up 2 days later on my account. They need to keep their web site updated better and make refunds promptly. I will not order from them again.

The order process aND CONFIRMATION ARE GOOD. DHL DELIVERY HOWEVER, HAS NOT COME ON THE DATE SCHEDULED ON 3 DIFFERENT ORDERS. oNE CLAIMED THEY TRIED TO DELIVER BUT OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T BECAUSE I WAS HOME WAITING ALL DAY FOR THE DELIVERY, ANOTHER TIME THEY HAD THE WRONG APT. SO IT DIDN'T GET DELIVERED, THE ONE IN nEW mEXICO WAS DELIVERED 3 DAYS LATER THAN SPECIFIED,

Red Hats & More is a GOOD place to shop. We get the convenience of being able to shop on-line without the worry of being scammed. Since most Red Hatters are older, it's very nice not to have to trudge from store to store in all kinds of weather looking for the items we want & or NEED! I love the catalog because it offers so many differant ideas & always has new products to offer.
