Horrible! I ordered a personalized rocking horse snow globe to come to find out that the gift my friend received had another child's name and birthdate engraved on it! As anyone would be upset, I certainly was, but knew it would be easy to solve the problem by just requesting a new one be sent out. Unfortunately, when I called customer service to request a new snow globe with the correct name and birthdate engraving they told me they couldn't do that and they'd just refund my money. I explained to the rep "Tenisha" that this was an absurd way to go about this and that this was a "new baby" and "Christmas" gift for my bestfriend and that I didn't want a refund but the correct gift sent. She told me that with my "attitude" I was going to get nothing. After that comment I demanded to speak to a manager or superviser who then said they could engrave another globe and have it sent out immediately. It makes no sense as to why the customer service department couldn't have just done that in the first place! A five minute called turned into a 15 minute dispute which would have been totally unnecessary if they had just owned up to their mistake from the start and agreed to resend a new globe with out argument. Despite all of the wonderful gifts redenvelope provides, it is such a shame their service is so awful because now I will have to find another online gift company to make future purchases for friends and clients.
