I had a minor situation with the delivery of the item ordered. The item was delivered to the building next door which is the not address for delivery. The situation was resolved quickly and I received the item in good condition. I'd like to suggest that items be delivered only to the address listed on the delivery form. If no one is available upon delivery, it should be returned to the shipper. I appreciate the quick tracking actions and the patience of the service representative who assisted with resolvement. If the need arises, I will do with business with this company again. Thank you for the chance to voice my opinion. J.Brave

not much of an option to go else where as I needed replacement parts. the rear wheel assembly is a pain to take apart and it is nearly impossible to add air to the rear tire even with the cheap plastic extension which broke in the process. my neighbor asked me where i bought the 3 scooters we have and i told him to select another brand as these often need repair and are difficule to work on. parts are not expensive but the shipping and handling charges are way too expensive.

It appears that it is easy to recieve the product. However I received what in the end appears to be a used part that is the wrong part for product. We ordered two replacement brake levers and one was correct, and the other not only looking used without all the pieces but also the wrong part. At the moment it appears that they will not return e-mails to address the problem. I notified them soon after receiving the items that the level may have a problem, but I was unable to work on the installation at that time. They did respond and made a suggestion to push exposed wires back in the casing. Once I went to install the levers is when I really found out the problem. Mum is the word from them once they know it is an actual problem.

I would give them 1 more try but @ this time i would need some sort of incentive. i dont want anything for free but i was not able to use the scooter i purchased frrom the company for 2 months and going, that;s just wrong, they were out of several key items with no idea when they would be in. No back tires, no tubes, no way to make the unit work, no rim with tire and tube.I can understand being out of stock for a day or 2 or a week or 2 but 2 months or no idea when product would be advailable, NO.
It is poor business when i have to search the net for after market parts and the company that makes the product cant get the parts or even send me to someone that does.
It may be that many scooters were over sold in DECEMBER and the tires on the E-300 were cheap and wore out quickley or the company just messed up and did not have enough in stock or this was a plan to make more money by attempting to sell more units, i doubt the last but it makes 1 wonder.
The only saving grace that has not made me want to throw the e300 away is that i had a problem with the e300 during the warrenty period and the cust. service reps worked very hard to try to fix the problem. They sent me a new battery @ no charge. Problem was that it was not the battery it was the charger and now it is out of warrenty and now i must buy a new charger and the pep boys i purchase it from will not help @ all. I really like the Razor products and mine may be an isolated incedent but i have not been able to use my E300 for a while and am getting ZERO help.

They listed the item as in stock, but two days later informed me it was not. Since I had paid with Paypal (which is basically payment up-front), I had to make a couple of requests for a refund. They did make the refund within a couple of days however.
A previous order with these people went off "without a hitch".
