Excellent price on the bike. Order was processed quickly with many updates as to my order status. The bike shipped very quickly, much sooner than what was quoted. The bike was well packaged and did not receive any damage in transit. Overall a very satisfying experience with Randall Scott Cycle Co.

Good price on a great product. Recieved my bike with scratches that I believe occoured before shipping and RS Cycle claim happened during shipping. I am now stuck between RS cycle and the shipping Co. in trying to recieve compensation for a damaged product.

Not a bad process, I am happy. The follow up electroncially was pretty good, but I had to ask to confirm the actual day the product left the dock. Excellent selection, and great prices. A note on the product description stating of where the item will be shipping from would be a nice bit of information.

Product description for sizing of shorts was not accurate so I had to return the shorts for a larger size. This was after waiting for over a week to receive the product. It took them two days to just process the order (too slow - many merchants do better). Service rep was very helpful, but the correct size in on back order for at least a two week minimum according to the customer service rep. I will probably not shop this site again especially for the money I am paying for these cycling shorts.

Very quick shipping for a large item like a complete biking, I loved the free shipping and the fact that it still came here quickly. I would also recommend Pro-Build to anyone out there who buys a bike from them, you don't even need to buy any tools to assemble it, the Pro-Build comes with two allen wrenches and I would assume more if needed.

I'm very happy with my new mountain bike. But I was disappointed that it was shipped in a beat-up box... It looked like it was thrown around a bit... The new bike has some minor scratches and rubb marks...
