Awful! Ordered "custom fit" polo shirt, it did not arrive with my first order. They charged me for a second shirt, awaiting cross shipment. I had to stand in line at the post office for 2 hours. Today the wrong item arrived again! They simply offered to charge me for a third shirt, and admitted to some problems with the "bins in our fulfillment center." Clearly there is something wrong with more than the "bins." Avoid this one.
