I ordered GE Profile counter top microwave oven. They had best price, and I was hoping to get Microsoft Life Search cashback.  During the checkout process I ran into a trouble and needed to cancel and reorder the item.  I wrote an e-mail to cancel the initial order.   They called right back on the phone helped me the rest of process.  The sales person was extremely friendly and helpful.  The microwave was delivered very quickly.  I am very happy with my purchase.  Their price and customer service has been excellent.

I ordered my freezer on Dec 1 it was delivered on Dec 10 I was very pleased with this as I was very sceptical when I purchased it.

I was sent exactly what I ordered no substitutions as I would have been very upset instead I was very pleased.

Everytime I contacted customer service they responded with just what I needed to answer my questions.

After doing a search for a 36 inch stove, we found the Rainbow Appliance Online store.  We checked other sites, such as, Lowes, Home Depot, etc., but we then found the item we needed at the Rainbow Appliance Online store.  Our next step was to go to the Better Business Bureau web site and find out information about Rainbow Appliance and how they were rated. We were satisfied with what we found on the Better Business Bureau site so we then called the 1-800 number on the Rainbow Appliance site.  We talked with customer service and asked a few questions about the stove and to verify the price and shipping charges.  The shipping charges beat all competitors by around $200 dollars and the product price was unbeatable.  The freight company called and the product will be delivered this Wednesday around our schedule.  At this point we are completely satisfied with our order.  The whole process has taken approximately two weeks.  Also, we have been occasionally updated with emails on the progess of our order.

I purchased a Vornado space heater that so far has worked great. It definitely is not for huge areas, but does take the chill out of the air in one room. It has different temperatures you can set it at so you can change for comfort. I had a wonderful experience shopping with Rainbow. They shipped within a few days and the product was exactly like I asked for. They shipped UPS and were kind enough to send me tracking info via email. Unfortunately it got tied up in a snow storm, but it did make it. They also offered me additional warranty coverage which you couldn't beat. The price was reasonable and you can't beat the free shipping that came along with it. I would definitely had a good experience with Rainbow and I personally would shop with them again.

Order was for an LG 32" HD television which was placed on their website.  Placing order was easy, price was competitive, notified when order shipped via UPS, and received within a couple days.  Rainbow did an excellent job in all details of this order.

The site was easy to navigate through and selecting and check out was a snap.
The TV actually arrived faster than i was expecting it to.  The tv looks great and and arrived ahead of the time expected to.  The 1080p looks great with blue ray and the xbox 360.  Theirs no real noticeable tv lag as far as the gaming goes.  The Tv's features are outstanding, especially the sensor which detects the light on the room and adjust accordingly.  Great Tv and I would really recommend Rainboappliance to my friends for great TVs and Prices.

After spending some time researching prices for our new Electrolux Oxygen vac, Rainbow had the best price.  Ordering was painless and easy to do.  We received our merchandise intact in a matter of about 6 days...understand that the order was not placed until early evening on Thanksgiving eve so of that 6 days..one was a holiday and 2 days for the weekend!  Also no shipping cost to me (guess we are in their local shipping area.)
Their web info on the vacuum was accurate and the vacuum was as advertised on their site.

They charged my credit card on a back-ordered item.  No status was given on the item for over 3 weeks.  I called them to cancel the order, but they did not reverse the charge.  I had to open a dispute with my credit card company in order to resolve the problem.

I placed my order for a chest freezer on Nov. 5, 2008.  The website FAQ stated that orders would be shipped within 2 days, and if not, they would contact the customer.  On Nov. 14, I called to find out the status, but had to leave a message.  On Nov. 17, not having had a reply to my message, I called again.  I was told that the order hadn't shipped yet, and that my credit card had not yet been charged.  I explained that the FAQ said that I would be contacted if the product didn't ship within 2 days.  No response.  I now need a freezer within a week, so I cancelled my order.  The efficiency and lack of customer service at this company do not make up for the low listed prices...unless you have no need to receive your appliance in a timely manner! I guess now I get to find out if they really haven't charged my card....

Great price for a quality product. Got beverage center 10 days after I placed my order. Shopped around but Rainbow appliance had the best price. Could not even find locally. Good transaction. I would buy from Rainbow appliance again if I ever needed another big ticket appliance. The only problem is that you can not schedule a delivery date or time when placing your order. That is the only down side dealing with an online merchant.

We ordered our Electrolux Oxygen Vacuum from Rainbow Appliance on October 12th. I e-mailed them two weeks later to find out the status of our order, no response. I called yesterday Nov. 13th, waited on hold for about 10 minutes (not on a 800 number) only to be told that our vacuum had been back ordered and should be in next week.
We should have been notified that the vacuum was on back order but no one there was willing to give us that kind of customer service.

I cancelled our order.
