Rainbow Appliance sent my microwave at lightening fast speed. They also e-mailed me twice just to make sure I knew it was sent and the tracking number for the item. It arrived in excellent condition as it was very well packaged. This is one of the most professionals sellers I have ever dealt with on-line and would buy from them again. Even though I was buying an appliance from them online, which normally can be a very scary thing, I have found Rainbow Appliance to be completely trustworthy, as this transaction warranted my trust.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Pricing was good. Delivery fast but that's where it ends. If there is anything wrong with your order (ie unit is damaged and not working properly) forget it - they will not exchange, replace or respond. They did not respond to their BBB complaints and do not have a good rating. They did not respond to me after numerous phone calls/emails. They did not respond to the manufacturer, they did not respond to the credit card company after ahold was placed on the order. 5 month later still waiting. I have never had such an awful experience -ever. They are quite possibly the dumbest, rudest "customer service" on the planet.

The order was shipped very promptly. One caveat: it was not as easy to reach customer service as I would have liked. I called their phone number, and was told to submit my message via email. It was more than 24 hours after sending this email when I got a response, it may have taken longer if I had not been sort of insistent and obnoxious, calling and emailing repeatedly. That being said, they did work to resolve my concerns, I just would have preferred to be able to speak with someone directly, and would have liked a faster response. Their prices are excellent and their shipping costs are more reasonable than anywhere else I looked for the same item.

Excellent service and easy to navigate web site. I ordered a Frigidaire FMB330RG 18" Built In Dishwasher on Friday, and got an email that day stating that it would be delivered Monday (this did not happen because of the snow, but I did get it on Friday of that week). Pricing was competitive (best on the web as far as I could find), and that they had the item in stock was a big plus (even Best Buy had up to a six week wait). Dishwasher was delivered on Friday, as promised, and came in in excellent shape. All in all, a very good experience, and I would recommend Rainbow Appliance to anyone.

Horrible. The item I received was not what it appeared to be on the website. When I called to inquire about returning the item I was told it was my fault I ordered the wrong thing and they were not going to authorize a return. When my husband tried to talk with them. They hung up on him. Very rude and poor customer service. Now I am in dispute with them and pray I will get my money back.

This place is a RIPOFF! Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase anything from this store. You’ll only be wasting your time and patience. I tried to purchase a portable DVD player, only to have nothing show up for a month. They never contacted me to tell me why my order was taking so long, in fact, they don't tell you the status of your order to begin with. Their website is rudimentary at best. At first I just waited, but after twiddling my thumbs for a month, I went ahead and contacted them... that's when I was very rudely told that they were unable to fill my order. That was it. No DVD player, nothing. And they knew this from the beginning. But did they ever try to contact me? No. They never even bothered to tell me about it until I contacted them. I waited a MONTH just to be told that they couldn't fill the order. Sorry. But then I went to their website and they are still selling the same product, only for double the price! Needless to say I’ve reported them to the BBB. BUYER BEWARE! Don't wasted your time and effort with this disreputable company!

Their website is very informative and user friendly. I was nervous about having appliances delivered, but they came very quickly and everything went smoothly. We order a 36 inch gas cooking range and it was delivered withing a few weeks. It arrived in excellent condition and was packaged well. We are extremely pleased with the price and quality of this range. The only negative conment is that the hookup line to the from the range to the gas line in the wall was not provided. I had to go to Home Depot to get the right fittings and adaptors to be able to hook the range up. This delayed us one day of trying out the range. Other than this, we were extremely satisifed with the entire process.

This is worst online retailer I had to deal with. I've used ebay for around 100 transactions and many transactions from various companies/people on the internet without ebay. This is the only time where I really felt a company truely deserved a 1/5 rating. First of all, the product I was trying to buy was backordered and yet their website didn't indicate that. I've called them six times (not exaggerating) on different days and either their supervisor was out of the office or they lied to me about when my order would be shipped. Each time I called they said that my order would ship the next week. Only the last two times I called they said it was shipped that day but it was two different days! What the hell?! Anyway, it took well over a month to get my order. Please don't make the same mistake I did by shopping with these liars.

DO NOT purchase a large appliance from Rainbow Appliance. Their shipping policy is at best deceitful and at worst fraudulent. Although they claim you'll be given a "1-2 hour window for a delivery time" and that "deliveries include bringing the product over the threshold of your house;" neither is remotely true. Our 200+ pound Kitchen Aid Range was delivered by ONE person via UPS during a 5 hour time span and included "curbside delivery." I had to help lift the appliance off the truck as the UPS person would NOT LOWER the lift gate because it was an additional fee!!! Afterward he pulled away and I was left on the side of the road with a 200 Lb. appliance and no way to get it into the house. Simply ridiculous.

I ordered GE Profile counter top microwave oven. They had best price, and I was hoping to get Microsoft Life Search cashback. During the checkout process I ran into a trouble and needed to cancel and reorder the item. I wrote an e-mail to cancel the initial order. They called right back on the phone helped me the rest of process. The sales person was extremely friendly and helpful. The microwave was delivered very quickly. I am very happy with my purchase. Their price and customer service has been excellent.
