The prices were lower than other places, but they have too many items out of stock. I've contacted them via email two weeks ago and have heard nothing from them. They don't seem to have much support for the products they sell. Overall a good company and website, but needs improvement.

Easy to find products. Receive product almost on time (maybe post office fault). Not easy to get advice by email. You must phone in, which is bordering on impossible because of where I live. I'm basically all alone with any problems.

I bought 3 items so far and never had any assels.products were always in good condition and delivered on time , I will keep shopping at your site in the future.With that new helicopter I will probably need some replacement parts or up grades we'll see.

The purchase was a gift. I got an email within an hour of delivery by UPS, and called the recipient when a neighbor signed for the parcel. The parcel arrived promptly and in good condition. Th recipient was pleased with the condition and quality of the remote controlled helicopter and boat.

I was a really great shopping experience. I found what I thought I wanted and made a phone call to them and found all the information that I needed to made my final decision and purchase. TYhey were very helpful. The purchase was easy and the shipping was very fast with no waiting in the warehouse. A purchase.

I received my product in what appeared to be used condition and it wasnt and still isnt working.When I tryed to reach them by phone during business hours I couldnt reach anyone in over three weeks,? So I also tryed to reach them by email to let them know the poor condition of the helicopter, I recieved a email back saying that someone would contact me with in 1 or 2 buisiness days.Three weeks later still no contact has been made by Raiden Tech I am very disipointed with them !

The order shipped fast and I received my helicopter when they said I would. I was however, concerned because it took a few days to get the shipping info. I mean I don't know you from Adam and I just gave you $130.00 and it took a while to get any confirmation at all. Also when I clicked on the order tracking link in the e-mail (Their web site not UPS's ) there was no info saying that the order shipped. I know that I got an e-mail from UPS with a tracking number but I would have liked to see my updated order status on tier web site. Over all I was happy with my order but think that you need to work on keeping the customer informed of their order status...

I really like the way Raidentech's website shows items in stock as well as out of stock. This eliminates the dissappointment of trying to order items and finding out they don't exist at the time. I also was pleased with the quick response of their automated order system. Raidentech is one of my favorite shopping sites.

I really appreciate the SUPERB packaging that Raidentech uses. (Heavy duty cardboard box protecting the inner product.) I am POSITIVE that I will make future purchases from them as radio controlled aircraft are my newest hobby and they offer great selections and prices.

I wished to modify my order the next day and had difficulty in reaching the company. Luckily I managed to reach a gentleman in sales and he was able to retard the shipping and make the modification for me. Follow-up access to sales could be made a lot easier with phone numbers indicated on their web page.

Thanks for this oportunity.
The description was very poor, it said that the receiver work with futaba standard, but the crystal should be in other format(single conv, dual conv).
There is missing a lot of techs in the description.
Could be better for the desition of purchase wheter one or other part. It is cheapper to me to buy another than return to you.
For the motors (electric) could be better specified the charecteristics (watts, recomended plane, esc, etc).
I hope you take into acount this for a better site.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. I called multiple times to get an issue with a battery resolved and there was no answer. When i did hear someone on the phone there was peoples voices in the back round but then they hung up on me. If you guys really want to see what people think of your company you should go on RCuniverse.com under your forms Exceed RC nitro and see what people are posting. Both company's Raidentech and Redcat racing sell the same products, But because your customer service is so bad you are going to lose a lot of customers. Other then that, my shopping with you was ok at best. Orders were filled promptly and i received them for the most part on time. I was fairly disappointed at your prices for shipping. You should offer USPS shipping especially for people ordering spare parts. i could have gotten 2 day shipping with USPS priority for the same price as UPS ground shipping. (UPS was one day behind) Furthermore on your web site you should put a more descriptive information about where spare parts go on the cars. The pictures are not very good especially for people that have never owned a RC car before of this caliber.
