my initial choice was sold out, A Raidentech representative contacted me by phone and told me they had a similar helicopter in stock with the same features,and that it would be shipped that night if I wanted.. The product box was undamaged, but the shipping box didn't have any packing peanuts inside for protection so the product box moved freely in the shipping box.. Other than the packing issue,Raidentech.com did great.

One of the four items I bought came completely destroyed in the package.  Then they told me I had to pay shipping to return it!  It cost $25 and I've been told I need to pay to send it back, plus loose 15% for a stocking fee.  I'm contacting my credit card company to begin a dispute as soon as I finish typing this review!

Save your money and look elsewhere!

This all have been done through e-mail and after hours (they responded after 24 hours in email to say someone would contact me in 1-2 days) they still have time to respond.So i have not concluded my experience with this order as of yet.

The rudder control was inoperative and although they promised to have someone follow up with this problem as of now they have not.

One of the speakers in the headphones was loose and was rattling. I had to take it apart and fix it. It's not raidentech's fault it was the usual Chinese crap. All they care about is money! I don't think the Chinese are capable of creating anything of quality!

Ordered a new RC heli from this company late Monday evening and I have it in my hands Wednesday morning! I did try to place a call and do an in-warehouse pickup. The number was busy as others have mentioned and they responded to my email that they do not allow pickup. But no biggie, I used "CJFREESHIPPING" to get free shipping, which was a better deal than "CJ10" for 10% off my $70 heli.

So while I can believe this company might not have the best service/returns department, if you know what you want and order it correctly they do a great job of shipping it at a great price! The heli was brand new in box, with good packaging.

I was disgusted at the quality of products sent. I ordered 2 RC boats, one was cracked and the other yellow one did not work at all. I sent them both back for replacements at my expense for shipping. I was sent 2 more boats with exactly the same issue. One was cracked the other (yellow one) did not work same as the first. On the second time around I have been given the run around and cannot get a response form anyone. This is definitley going to my attorney.

The wrbsite is really hepfull regarding the product discription and the payment method are easy shop. The only inconvinience was to sen a copy of id and cerdit card, I wish I could sign in somewhere and become a kind of member where I would have to fullfill a form only at the first shooping and them the raidentech keep my records for further uses. PS: I haven´t received the order yet! Still waiting

Tried to buy item using a coupon code for free shipping and received an order confirmation. This was followed up by a phone call from one of Raidentech's sister and/or subsidiary company's stating that they wouldn't ship it free. I replied stating I had an order confirmation and even called a few times. The phone calls were never answered and I then received an e-mail stating the order had been cancelled and the credit card used was credited back. I ended up buying the item from another Etail business

I was missing an order and emailed RaidenTech. I was told that someone would contact me ASAP, but nobody did. Two days later I followed up by using the online chat and got a tracking number for the missing number that day. I was not impressed by the initial lack of communication, but my problem was resolved and I'm happy with the quality of it.

WHEN they have the item I want in stock, they ship fast, with excellent packing. Shipments always arrive in good condition. My biggest complaint; they have too many "OUT OF STOCK" items, and they stay out of stock for MONTHS at a time. Please, improve your stock replenishment program. Specific items: servos, LIPo batteries, Metal up grade parts for Helicopters. I would have ratted them "Excellent" if their in stock rate was better.

Two of the items I ordered were out of stock. They credited my account for these items immediately. I have already placed another order with them, received it in full and in perfect condition. If you are interested in their line of products I would check with Raidentech first as they still believe in customer satisfaction and as a repeat customer, I have no complaints.

I have ordered an RC racing boat in early March 2008. They were quick in shipping my item. But the boat they sent me was disgustingly ugly. There were scratches all over. The stickers were peeling off, so I removed all of them. When the stickers were removed, I found a small crack. I had to put a glue. The motors and the motor compartment were oily, as if it had already been used. The battery that came with it is dying. I've run this boat only 3X. The battery would only run for 2 to 3 minutes after charging it completely. They told me to return the boat. I don't want to go through the hassle of sending it back. I'm from outside the U.S. This company I should say has a poor quality control and their people are not doing their job right.

Good price, good products but, not good communication with customers when I needed to exchange a defective item for a different item , they told me it's ok, I attached a note to returned box but they ignored the note and send me back the same item I returned, They DID NOT replaced the defective item for the ITEM I ASKED FOR , so I was disappointed !

I have not yet received my order so I can't comment on the product itself at this time. When I placed my order on line, I selected the order to be sent UPS Standard to Canada. After making the payment and receiving confirmation that the order was being sent, I contacted customer service because I found out that the product was being sent Regular Mail. I asked about this and explained that it was very misleading to think that the product was being sent by courier and not by mail. I spoke with Mary on line and basically, she agreed and said there was nothing she could do about it..........I wasn't feeling the love, I'll tell you that.
