Fantastic Customer Service!

I just wanted to write in and let you guys know how pleased I am with your customer support. We have had our radio fence product (a wireless dog containment system) for over three years now and never had any issues. Recently, our receiver went bad. I called in and the support person I spoke with was EXTREMELY NICE and shipped us a replacement receiver right away for only $35. He also included batteries and an instruction manual.

I purchased an item with "free shipping". When it arrived, it was broken. I returned it for a refund and had to pay shipping costs to return it. Then when my refund came they took out their initial shipping (which was FREE). So basically it cost me $27 for a broken product that I don't even have. The costumer service didn't care and told me to read the website's fine print. Save yourself and shop somewhere else.

I'm not happy.
I expect better when I shop on line. Prices are competitive but I've found better - not by much, but still better. If you shop with these guys make certain you get it right the first time because returns are not their specialty and that's a fact. Long wait, slow to credit, pathetic communication. I think when they know you're not happy, they give up. Glad other people have had good luck with them. |

I ordered a product from RadioFence. They sent the wrong product.
It cost me shipping and a restocking fee to pay for their mistake. Their customer service rep was clueless about how Internet ordering is supposed to work. I never received an order confirmation or verification either via E-mail or snail-mail to ensure I would receive the correct product. When I asked to be notified when they had received my return and when they had credited my account, I was told their company was too big to fool around with that. I was able to order the same product from another company for less, receive it quicker and I received the proper order confirmation when I initially placed the order. I've worked in retail since 1970 and have worked teaching first-class customer service methods and techniques to thousands since 1994. RadioFence needs that training. You don't need the aggravation. |
