Radiant Guard is a goo company but UPS sucks!!! I had to pay douple for "shipping fees" that were not disclosed when the order was originally placed. CHANGE THE CARRIER!!!! We installed the Radiant Guard Ultima in just one of our three attics yesterday. The difference in temperature is already unbelieveable! Last night when entering our stairway and second story bedroom, there was no blast of heat or difference in temperature from the downstairs! It was amazing to see such an immediate change.... and we still have 2 more attic areas left to install the product!!! Their response to my initial question was very fast and courteous, almost as fast as a phone call. After I placed the order, their confirmation was received within an hour. The next day I had to change the order from "Pickup" to "Deliver to my home". The order was shipped within two hours, and was delivered the next day at 2 p.m. RADIANT GUARD'S SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Shopped on line. Was supposed to be sent Fed Ex overnite. Was sent two day Fed Ex ground in error. Fed Ex ground failed to deliver on appointed day. Fed Ex ground said our business wasn't open. The price was competitive and the items were received as promised and in good condition. The only thing that could have been better would have been if the hot water heater cover would have been in stock to have sent with the other order. Since it wasn't in I had to order it later and ended up paying S&H on that order separately. I haven't received that item yet, but expect it any day.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Product came sooner than I expected. Product in perfrect shape. The only constructive criticism I have was that the picture of the water heater after the radiant guard was applied was not clear. they have a nice web site and the best prices I could find. Shipping is by UPS and easy to track. plus any order over $125 has free shipping unless you want it over night. plus you can make a log in so your next order can be placed faster and easier. I am very happy with this company I have placed two orders with them so far and have not had a problem and it's been on time.  I would shop here again
