Above my expectations. I actually purchased the return insurance thinking it would not be exactly what I wanted or the quality I expected and I would have to send it back. Well, I was wrong! The cd/dvd rack I ordered is perfect, good quality, easy to put together (about 15 minutes) and it looks beautiful. What a great suprise to get what you order. Bedford Entertainment Stand arrived splintered and a cabinet magnet on door was broken. I called immediately, and was helped by a very nice customer service rep. This young lady was courteous and helped me with my problem. I soon recieved an e-mail stating that our parts will be shipped. Yes, I will recommend Racks and Stands and csn stores. They do not send you an email letting you know when the product will be there, but I received it within the time frame they gave me at check-out.
