I was looking for a good quality, inexpensive but sturdy stand for a 34'' HD (Tube) TV. I found a great deal (the Bello AVS 422T) at Racks & Stands. They delivered on time---and in fact provided 3 day free shipping; and did not charge my credit card until the item actually shipped. Their price for this item (Bello is a great manufacturer), $239, was by far the lowest I found on the internet (Jan. 2004). They sent timely, professional e-mails, detailing order and tracking status, and correctly processed my order the first time around. I would highly recommend Racks & Stands as the best-valued, most trustworthy source
of video furniture on the internet.

The ordering was easy, just identify the TV model and they identify the matching wallmount.
The delivery was timely
The installation was a breeze.
The price half what I was quoted at a retail store and better than all the online stores.
I spoke to a rep to verify that I was ordering the correct wallmount and she was knowledgeable and helpful. Even saved me more money because I was going to buy the universal mount when in fact I didn't need the Universal. She pointed out that model adjusts to fit differing sized screens and if I only had one monitor then the I would never need to adjust the mount.

I found the rack I wanted at another site, but decided to do a search by manufacturer and found the exact same one at Racks & Stands. It was $300 cheaper for the same product. I placed my order on a Sunday and I got an email shipping confirmation on Tues saying that is was shipped on Mon. I also called Racks & Stands to get an accessory item I needed but didn't find right away on the site. Caleb showed me which one I needed for my model plasma.
I will definitely shop here in the future.

It arrived quickly, was undamaged, and was better quality than I ever expected because it is very well-crafted. I think I got a great deal and I wrote the company to tell them how pleased I was. When I went shopping for a TV Stand I tried Racks and Stands. I put the item description in and up came the exact item I have been pricing at the local stores. It was $400 cheaper then the local discount stores. That was to good to be true but I went ahead and ordered it expecting something to be wrong with it but the savings was great. I received a quick email back stating it was shipped out and on the way. I received it two days ahead of schedule which was great. Took it out of the box and it was in perfect condition and way to easy to put together. The glass pieces, metal pieces and wood pieces did not have one scratch on them. I would recommend Rack and Stands to everyone I know and I have placed it in my favorites for another day.

The "BDI Vector Series Media Storage Cabinet" that I ordered on January 12th arrived January 19th via UPS. The box was in perfect condition but not the contents. The steel cabinet was scratched and dented, obviously packaged by the manufacturer in this condition. I immediately wrote BDI, who contacted Racks and Stands for my order information. Racks and Stands contacted me and ordered a new cabinet and a missing 20mm flat head screw. The cabinet arrived January 27th via UPS and 3 screws arrived via FedEx. I commend Racks and Stands and BDI for their outstanding customer service.

I am not sure what was more impressive, that the stand I ordered arrived in record time (ordered on Sunday night, delivered on Tuesday) or that it didn't arrive in 4 billion pieces. It is a good thing I wasn't home when it was delivered because I would have refused delivery. It looked like the box had been run through a trash compactor with parts exposed. Amazingly the stand was not damaged one bit, so I must give credit to Sanus for the packaging of their product.

Speed of delivery OK. Delivery arrived in 2 Boxes, 1 OK, but the second, containing the glass top and shelves was in very poor condition. The blame is not with Fed Ex. The
problem was the result of poor packaging. One end of the box was open. The foam inside to prevent the glass from moving was too light and was broken in many places. The glass was sliding back and forth inside the box to the point of putting a hole in the side and protruding out of the carton. The glass wasn't broken, but for a piece of furniture that costs over $800.00, I believe that it was
only luck that I am not contacting Racks and Stands for a replacement. I don't believe I could recommend or do business again with a company that depends on luck for a delivery to arrive without a problem.

Ordered my TV Stand on 1/27. Was told that I would get 3 day shipping for free. TV stand came in 2 days later (even though they couldn't guarantee that my order would ship out on the day I ordered it. The entire experience, from customer service to product quality, to pricing, to delivery were awesome. Do not hesitate to order from them. This is what Internet shopping was promised to be!!

My experience with this company has been very frustrating. The item I ordered, for Christmas on 12/12, did not finally arrive until 12/30. This was partially the fault of UPS, though there was little assistance from Racks and Stands to make the Christmas date. The item I ordered, video/cd/dvd cabinet, did not arrive in the style requested. Their solution was to accept the wrong style at a discounted price. In order to get the style I originally requested I had to pay $75 in roundtrip shipping costs. Their return policies really leave you little recourse. This company scores very low in customer satisfaction. I have submitted requests to my credit card company and the Online Better Businees Bureau for assistance.

Ordered a Bello audio stand via web. Got instant order verification by email. Shipping and tracking information one day later when unit shipped. Arrived by truck in about a week (superficial outer box damage, unit in primo condition).

I ordered a Bello AVSC-3000 from Racks and Stands and it arrived ontime and well packed. Communication was good throughout the process. Unfortunately, one of the major pieces (a >6' high metal side piece) had some bad scratches on the finishes which made it unacceptable given the price of the item. Racks and Stands excelled in dealing with this issue - they promised that a new piece would arrive within 2 weeks, which it did via Fedex. There was no hassle and at all times, I felt that they were aiming to do their best for the customers.
