HORRIBLE.... DO NOT BUY HERE...BUYER BEWARE!!! RACKS AND STANDS NON-REPUTABLE COMPANY.....waited for delivery all day to be delivered! Blew us off first day, waited for delivery second day all day  long and they blew us off again. On second day they called us late and said due to them missing delivery dates twice they were taking our furniture back with them to South Carolina b/c they were to close to holiday and needed the time to drive back to S.C. (they were already in Albany N.Y. when they called to say they were going back to S.C.) This piece was supposed to come to Connecticut (not far from Albany NY)there should have been no problem. Then they said we are going back home for the holidays and we are taking your furniture with us, and you will have to wait until after Christmas for delivery. They claimed everything from rain,snowy weather to broken down truck, to truck problems, waiting for tow truck, etc. etc. Load of B.S. In addition, they missed delivery date after Christmas too after we waited all day long for the THIRD TIME {supposed broken down truck again???]  On the fourth delivery date they finally had stopped their BS excuses and delivered the plasma media wall console to us. IT WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED!!! We noticed that this damage was from the manufacturer and you could clearly see several upon several drilled holes over and over again in attempt to over-correct a severely racked wall system and media slide pull-out compartment. In addition, when installers were attempting to try and get door open to media storage compartment little shims fell out everywhere on the floor. PARKER HOUSE CLEARLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CONDITION OF PRODUCTS SHIPPED EITHER!! Racks and stacks claimed they would take care of it, and never to date had called us back. Apparently, they have only two employees Jason who answers the phone for Stephanie, and Stephanie who is never there according to Jason!! RACKS AND STACKS DOES NOT CARE!!!! NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS, NEVER FIX DAMAGED GOODS, NEVER COMPENSATEd FOR DAMAGED GOODS or 3 MISSED APPOINTMENTS WHILE WE WAITED ALL DAY LONG FOR DELIVERY REPEATEDLY 4 X OVER, AGGRAVATION,ETC. they keep blaming it on Parker House(claiming it is them who cannot decide what to do with their manufactured damaged product) Parker House is horrible too! PAID OVER $1,OOO.OO FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT! RACKS AND STANDS WILL NOT FIX IT, KEEP GIVING US THE RUN-AROUND!!~
