Aim to find has horrible customer service.  They do not take any responsibility for any broken or not working TV's.  There is absolutly NO quality control in anything that they sell and then ship!  We were then stuck with dealing with Samsung warranty and that in itself is a masive challenge.  We will NEVER shop here again.  Aim to find should ATLEAST give you options for broken products and TV accessories instead of "not our problem, deal with your warranty".

Requested to cancel order after an extended wait, and seller couldn't provide an exact shipping date.  

Was told I would be charged 10% fee for canceling an order they couldn't ship. Absolutely rediculous! Notified my credit card company, miserable experience. Hopefully others can learn from my mistake!

DO NOT BUY FROM AIMTOFIND.COM. Read the return policy-it is set up in a way so returns aren't worth it; you would end up paying about half of what the item originally cost. The customer service was terrible-the representative wasn't knowledgable at all. I also received an e-mail from a 'supervisor' telling me how expensive returning the item would be and certainly wouldn't make sense. It was VERY insulting. I wouldn't purchase anything from Aimtofind.come ever again.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM AIMTOFIND.COM!!!  I cannot stress this enough!  I purchased a stand-alone induction range for my folks and received a damaged and dented unit.  AIMTOFIND.COM refuses to replace the unit and now we are STUCK with an unusable oven!  These people do not deserve to be in business!

Ordered a Summit Dual Zone wine fridge.  Item was processed and ready for pickup within a day and I had it safely delivered to my door in 5 business days.  They provided a tracking number for a frieght carrier and gave me order updates via email from order to processing to shipping.  Very happy with using AimtoFind.

The delivery truck driver even called 30 minutes prior to delivery.

I ordered a WEBER Q-120 portable gas BBQ and a cover. it arrived the day it was promessed, I feel I got the best price on both items after comparing all the different companies that sell it online, plus no tax or shipping.
I will not hesitate in ordering again from this company, they even called me 3 days after I received my merchandise to ask me if I was happy with my purchase after I used it, they did made me feel they wanted me to be 100 percent satified.

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will never deal with this merchant again.  Placed an order on Sunday morning.  They took my money through PayPal.  Never recieved received any information until I called 4 days later. .  I was told it would be shipped the next day.  Later that day I received an e-mail that my order was cancelled because the item was now out of stock.................... BAD EXPERIENCE! Customer service is not trained properly to handle any claims. I ordered a wine cooler and I received it with the packaging not damaged. I received a big run-around and never got a straight answer and never received the response I kept getting assured I would receive. I had to go as far as reporting this to American Express and to the maker Avanti of their procedures and process. I refuse to fall victim to these type of merchants. American Express has suspended payment and will further the matter with Aim To Find.

Stay away from these guys!  Have to say, I have had the same experinece with the delivery of my LG washing machine.  Aim To Find accepts no responsibilty for a damaged product.  They state I signed for the item in good condition but yet it was noted on the slip the box was damaged.  The delivery company would not allow us to open the box for inspection, not their policy.  At least with the shipping company I am able to talk to a person.  At Aim To Find they hide behind an email address with no name given.  When I ask to talk to someone on the phone, they tell me they are not yet set up that way.  I find that hard to believe when their domain registration for their web site was created in June of 2009.  EXTREMELY poor business practices.

I purchased a dehumidifier for my basement and am very satisfied. The product information on the Aim to Find web site was thorough and easy to navigage. Easy shopping experience. Found what I was looking for and found it at the best price. Product arrived super fast within a week across country. Very pleased with AimToFind.com. So far the dishwasher has been the best dishwasher I have ever had. It's so quiet that I didn't even know that it was on!! The design is nice and sleek and the inside is a "stainless steel" look as well which just adds to the class of this LG dishwasher. this review is for Samsung UN60D8000 TV. my whole expeirence was like a breeze.called them to make sure that they have it in stock. these people have the cheapest price on the day that i bought ( some other websites have the lowest price as of the day that i'm writing this review). two things that i liked the most are
1. customer service... couldn't ask more for a better service.no waiting time on the phone and always quick in responding to the emails.
2. shipping... shipped through FEDEX freight for free. about 6 months ago i bought a 55 inch tv from amazon ,they shipped through some local freight company, and a 46 inch tv from dell last year through pilot freight company. both the times,i ended up picking my tv's from their local offices, because they didnt had the delivery dates for the next couple of days.shipping through fedex was a differnt story.they called for a delivery date and the best of all, you have a tracking no through fed ex

My order for a Danby dehumidifier was placed on a Sunday.  The ordering process was quick and easy.  Tracking information was provided and my package arrived that Wednesday.  I found that to be the quickest turnaround I have experienced. I don't really want to discount the couple of negative reviews, but my experience was totally different. I bought the Weber 120 Grill (and cover) for the lowest price anywhere posted... and that included free shipping with FED EX! Two days after ordering I received the merchandise in perfect condition.... did I mention FREE shipping?! A couple of weeks later the company actually called me to make sure everything was as it should be. I mean, Great price, free shipping and unexpectedly great customer service. I will recommend them..... and already have.

Be careful, as they are really sneaky. The cooler I bought was shipped fedex (no opportunity to sign for it) and when I took the strapping off the box, the bottom fell off. Sign that the box had been opened. The item was damaged and broken. However, I was super lucky as I could use a replacement part from the door to the wine cooler from my old and everything was fine. But as I said, I was very lucky. I would not trust this company.

I purchased a Weber S-670 grill from AIM a RAC Enterprise company.
The price was the lowest I found (when comparing complete pricing - Price+ Tax + Delivery)
The unit was delivered within 5 days of order (after the Jersey blizzard at the end of Dec 2010).
Delivery service was exellent.
The grill was in perfect condition.

I just want to say how completely impressed I am with the website and service. I placed an order on Monday and my refrigerator, stove, and hood were delivered FREE seamlessly on Thursday. 

I did have to contact them by phone to answer a few questions pre-order (to make sure what i wanted was in stock and to clarify shipping). I was disappointed that there was no answer BUT I left a message and to my surprise, my call was returned within 10-15 minutes. All of my questions were answered and the sales team was very knowledgeable and courteous.

I received the products I wanted, at the lowest price I could find AND they were delivered for FREE in 4 days (Home Depot, Lowes and Sears ALL had delivery times of over 3 weeks with higher prices (by hundreds) for the exact same products). AMAZING!

I will recommend to EVERYONE I know to use your website. I am completely satisfied.

Being what I believe to be an above average frequent online shopper, I've dealt with my share of virtual retailers. One of the biggest drawbacks of that e-shopping experience is the often times lack of customer service which is only made tolerable by the great deals you can find online. Well for AimtoFind dot com (Rac Enterprise) I've had the rare experience of getting both. I pulled the trigger on a fantastic deal for a high def LCD TV, but I had tons of questions that were answered quickly, in detail, and with a smile (it's usually a pick two of the three type scenario). Net net, I got a great deal (the lowest on the web at the time) and feel great about it thanks to the good folks at AimtoFind. Shop their store with confidence!

After 2 months of intense Internet shopping (reviews on sellers, BBB reports etc) i decided on Aimtofind. Aimtofind had the best price overall, and after all the positive reviews,i decided to go for it. I ordered a Weber Summit S470 on a Sunday afternoon, and I was unpacking my grill on Wed. morning. Wow, almost to fast. I also ordered a Veranda grill cover from Amazon the same day, and I am still waiting for it ( it is now Thursday). Every step of the transaction was nothing short of outstanding. From all the emails keeping me up to date, to the trucking company delivering exactly when promised. Here is a tip get the 2008 model year and save about $200.00 It is the exact same grill, except for the rotisserie motor that you have to hide yourself. I would definitely do business with Aimtofind again.
