Went on line for price & was happy. Called at 11am friday to ask when item would ship. Was told if I ordered on line by 11:30, the grill would go out that day. Ordered and at 1:04pm, received an e-mail saying that my item was shipped. Had the grill in my yard on tuesday morning in perfect condition! Needless to say, I was VERY, VERY happy!!!

The glowing customer comments they posted on their site were absolutely TRUE! They were great. First thing that happened is that I submitted my order as natural gas instead of LP. I called and they took care of it in 5 minutes. When the grill arrived it had a couple small dents, one front and one back. But I call RAC and they put me in touch with Weber and it was taken care of in superb fashion. You would have thought I was a celebrity.

I had never heard of RAC before but they came up on my internet search for a Weber Q120 gas grill. Their price was lower and they offered free shipping. I took a chance. The response was incredible. I ordered the grill at 7:00 pm and got a notice the next morning that the grill had shipped!!! It arrived in a couple of days and it was in perfect order. This was a great shopping experience and I will buy from them again and tell my friends to buy from them as well.

Slight damage on one of the doors from the shipper; I called RAC and they referred me to Webers customer service. After a very brief explanation, Weber overnighted a new door to me. No questions, no problems. Wonderful customer service on behalf of both RAC & Weber. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent experience with the purchase of my Weber grill. Placed order Monday evening (Memorial Day.) It shipped first thing on Tuesday morning - had ship notification by 7AM. It arrived Thursday by freight - had call from freight depot by 7:30AM. I picked up at depot Thursday afternoon, for convenience. Did minor assembly Friday afternoon and have been grilling ever since.

I couldn't help but get nervous about spending $1500.00 with a company I found on line but the price was just to good to pass up. Getting it here within three working days with the free shipping option was a big bonus also. When I called customer service to ask a question I got a message and hung-up choosing to send an e-mail instead. But within 2 minuites someone called me back just from the Caller ID and got me an answer. That in itself proved to me I was dealing with a company that cares about its customers.

I recently purchased a Weber Q 100 grill from RAC Enterprise.  Below is a summary of my positive experience:

-Product price, including shipping, was less than lowest price available from local vendors. 
-I stumbled upon links to RAC Enterprise, and was intrigued by the number of positive reviews.  After a little deliberation, I figured I'd go ahead and order from them.
-Grill ordered online around 11 pm Tuesday night.
-Less than one hour after I submitted the order, I was notified that my order had shipped.
-The following day, Wednesday, I was provided a FedEx tracking link.
-Thursday, FedEx delivers the grill to my home, around 2:15 pm.

I am very impressed with the prompt processing and shipping of my order.  Well done!

The fright company scheduled deliver for 8 to 11 on Wed but no one put the grill on the truck. It was delivered the next day but 3/4 hr after the scheduled time. This is not a problem of RAC except maybe they should use a different trucking company in the future.

Some how during the ordering process, the destination was deleted & item was shipped to the billing address- So much for free shipping. I ended up having to mail it. I should have checked the confirmation info better but still disappointing.

Although the barbeque was received damaged (damage occured during shipping) I received prompt and reasonable response to resolve the issue (damage). I still have not received the replacement parts but I expected them in the near term. As indicated above I would not hesitate to do business with RAC Enterprise again and I would recommend them to friends.
