I have had a problem with Replacement Power not returning my emails. Even though they say that the ac power supply that they sold me is correct for my laptop it DOES NOT fit and will not work. I have contacted them via email and received one response, I am still waiting (3rd day) for the second response to see if they can help me or will I be able to return the unit. Not happy!

Replacement power seems to be a reliable firm that offers a quality product, and I would definitely do business with them again. The cords on their power supplies are surprisingly short, requiring me to purchase an additional extension cord to use the item effectively, but as they made no false claims in this regard, I cannot fault them.

The website would not function properly using Firefox web browser when attempting to access my order information. I had to resort to using Internet Explorer to check on the order status. There was no email that was sent with order number, UPS.com actually sent me the first notice that the order had been processed at all. This company needs to work on their website experience and also in their status reporting of orders.

Even though the battery is in great working condition, I was disappointed to find out that the aluminum cover was in fact not aluminum but plastic and was attached to the battery with double sided tape. It was about 60% of the cost of the Apple store price, BUT I expected it to be the same product. I could have bought just the battery for about $45-$50 from other merchants I saw online and double sided taped my original aluminum cover to it. Also, the faux metal cover is not the correct size so there is this gap between the cutout in my PowerBook and the battery cover. I was kind of disappointed by this.
