Very happy with website and shipping choices. I like my new purchase of the Northface jacket. The Northface merchandise is always so very well made and so nicely tailored. I especially liked the Northface sizing page which allowed me to take my measurements and choose the right Northface size. As I'm normally a small size, I was glad I checked out the sizing chart since the Northface is so tailored that I needed a medium size instead. And it fits perfectly. Thank you.

We always enjoy shopping with REI. We wish they had a store on the Kitsap Peninsula so we could conveniently pick-up our orders. The only complaint I have is that my backpack did not come with any information about it. I am sure I will get to know the pack real well without it, but it would have been nice.

I have purchased luggage, sleeping bags, clothing and hiking equipment and I have been very happy with it all. I think your store offers excellent prices and quality. The only down side is I live in Canada which means I can't use the ship to store/return to store option . I recently bought pants in the wrong size and returning them is more of a bother than keeping them. I will be shopping with REI in the future!

I live over an hour drive from the nearest REI so picking up at the store is not desireable, however I have used that service on large, oversized items to avoid high shipping costs. REI has a good selection and very friendly, knowledgable staff. I like the way I feel everytime I walk into the store. It makes me want to get right out on the trail and into the woods camping.

The site was easy to navigate. I found what I was looking for within 60 seconds and the whole process was complete in less than six minutes. The chairs were well packaged and the box even survived a second shipment (I had the chairs delivered to my mother's home in Colorado and after we used them there, shipped them back to my home in Chicago).

The only part that sucks about shopping online with REI is the length of time to receive an item. Why does it take two weeks to get from the location in Seattle to Portland?!?!
