the company has excellent customer support, the toolbox is good quality for the price. the only complaint is that i did not know when it was going to be delivered. i was told about a week after shipping, it took 11 days. i felt like a dog looking out the window for the mailman all week wondering if it was going to come each day. that sucked. everything else was good. thank you
