Absolutely the worst on-line purchase experience I've ever had!  Defective spout was sent with purchase of 27" utility sink.  Not one, but TWO defective spouts were sent to replace the original.  I'm two months out from ordering the initial replacement and still haven't gotten a working spout.  Slow to respond.  Would definitely NOT recommend purchasing anything from this vendor!  Look elsewhere.

I wanted a KWC Faucet in white just like the one I have had for 17 years.  Quality Bath checked for availability and I was told they would have it in 2 days and then ship it on to me. Another site was requiring 2-3 weeks lead time. I ordered January 23, I received it at my door on January 28th.  That's what I call service!  Dov took care of me just as if I were a neighbor instead of half a continent away.  They kept me informed of the status of my order and once shipped I was able to track it right to my door.  Thanks Quality Bath.  I'll recommend you to my friends.

My husband and I searched several different stores in person as well as on line to find the right sink to fit an odd space for our bathroom. We were very pleased with the selection of the products Quality Bath had to offer but I was a little hesitant to order such a high-end item that we had not seen in person. We were pleasantly suprised to find that not only did the sink arrive much faster than expected, that it was of high quality and the specifications were exactly what was listed on the website. I can honestly say that this was one of the easiest transactions I've had via the web (and we've had many) and would highly recommend Quality Bath to fellow consumers.

I was able to get all of the items cheaper than the local stores, and with free shipping. They had all of the colors that I wanted. I was very impressed.
